The first year was decent. Teacher ok. As my daughter got older started to tell me more it got really bad. I found out my daughter had a heart condition. Brought it to director she seemed ok and allergy issue. She said she would work with it but never did. They didnt feed her someday because they said they did not know what she could and could not have even though I wrote it in her file. I asked to bring my own food for her but they then stopped that because what I was bringing was unfair and the other kids could not have yet my daughter had a allergy. At night I assume my daughter was having these panic attacks. Staff would call and say they need me come get her. I did a couple time where I found out she was crying and upset because they did not allow her to use the bathroom, or get something to drink. The next day I brought a water bottle and a book to calm her down like doctor suggested... I though it was a kid thing. It was not. The director didnt allow her to have her bag and took her bag to search it. For what? She took everything I brought away from her and said its her day care. They also allowed other kids to use her bedding and pee on it and let my daughter sleep in it. Every time I brought it to her attention she got upset and blamed it on myself. So I called the state and she kicked us out. She said I been lining on the time for a whole year. But she never said anything to me. she gave us no notice. And to top it off they where billing dis for 60 hours and getting paid when there program was only 40 hours a week and I was paying cash. Can you say fraud? The director said there no one to speak to other then her. She got caught and kicked us out. I wrote her a letter to express how she was treating myself and kicked my daughter out the program. I have recorded convoys of the director proving she lies, and plays the system.. if I was doing wrong why wait a year and a half after I have a issue with herself and staff? A little fishy right??? They scam you and treatypur child however. I ask to see the taps of my child only the night these things where happening and she said they dont record only live. These people can do whatever they want. watch out. There not as good as they flame to be. They will take dhs parents over r anyone to always get the money no matter what. If you dont watch she will make you pay double. The director is a low life and should not have that job. Dont send your child here! I should have never keep my child here as long as I did. They ruined her life for a while emotionally. And I missed a week of work because she waited until the day I brought my child in to tell me she cant come. No notice. My child was well behaved and mannered. One of the best children there.the director said she out because I told people what was going on and she didnt like me as a mom.

I love Wonder Years and my kids loved their teachers. I referred so many people and they like it too. My kids are so smart and the teachers even worked with my son and got him potty trained when I was having a hard time. Most of the teachers were nice and I never had any issues with them. It was a couple that werent so friendly but they still took good care of my kids. I paid for my daycare out of my pocket and I never had any problems like other people are saying. The only issue I had at first was if I didnt pay my daycare bill on Monday I would get a late fee but I cant be mad at their policy. One time when my car broke down the owner let me be late paying their daycare for 2 weeks. My sister had her kids their also and the state was paying her daycare. The state cut off her daycare and didnt let my sister or the daycare know for almost a month and she had a bill for $1000. She went back and forth with her worker and the worker didnt do what she was suppose to do and left my sister owing this big bill. The daycare cant control what the state do so the people complaining about their bill are probably getting their daycare paid by the state. And I told my sister she cant be mad at the daycare for putting her children out because business is business. One of my friends who was going through the state only had to pay $20 and she complained about that when Im paying $300 a week. Im writing all of this because I saw the bad reviews and I have to give credit where credit is due and this is a good daycare. And I have a friend thats been on the waiting list for almost 6 months so they must be doing something right.

Beware if there is ever an issue with payments and the director feels its you, you will be asked to remove your child immediately, with no courtesy taken. If it is not in your fault, it will take weeks of leaving messages and begging for return calls from the director. And although the problem I had was out of my control, it was resolved and it turned out not to be due to my own error/fault. They had filled my childrens spots with other children before the issue could be corrected and they were dismissed immediately. Therefore they were unable to return. In addition to that, I requested a year-end statement for my child care credit and was advised that I can not get it because I they felt that I owed (which I didnt). That was just plain low down dirty and unprofessional. Who does that? Nevertheless I hate that you try to do business with your people and get treated in such a way, but its okay, lesson learned the hard way. I was warned before enrolling my children and didnt take heed. Hopefully someone else will be able to benefit from these reviews.

I loved it. My children loved it. I had an issue or two with copay. I hated when they would wait until I dropped my children off to inform me of an issue that forbid my children from staying that day and I would have to be to work. Other than that, over all I liked it. It was clean, they taught the children a lot and fed them very well. My children were on a schedule as far as napping and bedtime because of this place. Staff treated my children well. Owners attitude is terrible. Very condescending.

Terrible place with only a few nice teachers! Half of them look evil like they hate what they do....very mean to the children and not to mention VERY unprofessional when it comes to money matters. Ever since dhs put them in charge of keep track of the hours my co pays are through the roof!! Nor do they inform you when a payment is due, but will tax you with a bunch of late fees!! Save yourself the headache!! Don't go to that horrid place!
