My husband and I just withdrew our daughter from this center, for multiple reasons. On three separate occasions we took her to drop her off and the building was locked up and empty. Other parents were also standing outside, confused, wondering why none of us were notified that the center would be closed that day. This is a huge inconvenience when youre on your way to work. In the afternoon when one of us would come to pick our daughter up we would find her in the same room with after school kids who would be running around and accidentally knocking over children smaller than them (our daughter just turned one). This afternoon I called the director to give her a two week notice that we are withdrawing our daughter. Instead of asking what she could do to make us want to continue to leave our daughter in her care, she told me that we still owed her money for the rest of this month. I looked at my online bank statement and informed her that not only had we paid for this month, but that she cashed the check on the 10th and never gave us a receipt for the payment (we only received 3 receipts for our monthly payment in the 10 months our daughter has been enrolled there). Her response to this was to yell at me and lose her temper, interrupting me every time I tried to speak. I hope she never reacted this way to my daughter or other children. She decided that since I wasnt going to give her any more money she was terminating our contract, effective immediately. She informed me that she didnt care whether or not I was able to find anywhere else to take my daughter (since my husband and I both are working tomorrow). We have been looking for a better place for a long time (as we have noticed there is a high turn-over rate for children at Lots of Love) and were lucky enough to find a center that is clean, has better hours, does their first aid and cpr training on their own time, and doesnt close for two weeks for Christmas. No matter how desperate you are, please do not make the mistake of enrolling your child at Lots of Love.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Lots of Love!! I am a school counselor, and after we had our first child we were looking for the best place to send our little one when I went back to work. A colleague recommended Lots of Love so we looked there and liked it, but ended up going with another 5-star, more expensive “child development center” in Asheville. Like many new parents we were fooled by “stars” and looks when searching for quality childcare, but we quickly realized that that’s not what its all about! We ended up pulling our child from that center after just five months and sending him to Lots of Love. We’ve now had him enrolled there for almost 3 years and couldn’t be happier! The quality of care offered at Lots of Love is top notch! You truly feel that they love your child as much as you do. They are so loving and nurturing to the children! The staff is experienced and they are amazing with the kids! They really get to know them and treat them as individuals and with great respect. My child has grown in so many ways since attending Lots of Love – emotionally, academically, and socially. He can be a handful, but I’ve never heard a negative comment from them. They always focus on his positive qualities and work patiently with him to help him grow. I would never take my child anywhere else!! We now have a new baby, and the timing worked out that he ended up having to go to child care at a younger age than the first, but I couldn’t feel any better than having him go to Lots of Love where I know he’ll be cared for as I would care for him myself. Lots of Love is the most fitting name for this center because they give the children there just that…Lots of Love!

We absolutely LOVE Lots of Love. They truly love our daughter and provide her with exceptional care. She has been there a year now, and we could not be happier. The staff are extremely experienced. Three of the providers have been there for over 14, 16, and 20 years. The owner has owned the daycare for over 25 years also.
