Its amazing to me that in 2016 with social media and our ability to connect and voice our complaints that there are still companies out there that dont care about their members dissatisfaction and are willing to let them leave displeased. As a previous business owner, any time I reached a point of conflict with a customer I immediately saw it as an opportunity to turn a bad situation into a good one. Planet fitness clearly DOES NOT operate under this model. As a long term member I am leaving my membership on a very bad note. I have little good to say about the gym, itd be just ok if it hadnt been so congested, the equipment was outdated, the membership was cheap but I never went so even the twenty bucks wasnt worth it, they served greasy pizza once a week which seems to defeat the purpose of health and nutrition, and their customer service should be called employer service, because that is who they ultimately serve. Please, trust me when I say go somewhere else, or hell, work out outside. Dont entangle yourself with this terrible company. Theyll tell you they stand by a code of ethics as they point to your initials and a line in the contract.

So I have been a member here me and my wife for about a year. And everytime I go there they never can get their credit card machines working. So I setup my membership with my card on it which is supposed to be better. Wrong they say they dont know how to use it or its broken then look at me like its weird i dont carry cash when you know they dont Want do it. I was there at 12:30 am on 12/30/2016. A blonde worker was the one who couldnt help me. Went to lunch and had her friend who didnt work there helping customers and her friend on the laptop is the friend who also is blonde. I am calling corporate because I dont think the worker should go to lunch and have a gym member. Helping members.also Ive been told to many times that their machines dont work.

locker room and bathroom always smell terrible (needs immediate attention). The staff never hits the lunk alarm even though people at dropping weights like the Hulk. I travel quite a bit and all of the other Planet Fitnesses blow this one out of the water. They are way cleaner, each machine has a tv. And they actually use the lunk alarm on an as needed basis. Most importantly (at this location), the locker rooms suck and are always smelly/dirty. I understand this is a "judgment free zone" but lets be honest, I judge everything about this place except the people. Highly unrecommended the place needs to pick up its game...

Helpful, friendly staff especially the trainer, Durand. Could use much larger free weight area, because it gets crowded even in the early afternoon around 3. I would hate to see what its like around 6. Locker rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Have used the hydro massage table; a nice quick massage. Wish they had a temperature selection. Because the water seems way too hot for me.

This gym is my main gym for summer, there are no free weights which is the only disadvantage of this gym. It is very clean though, every section of the gym has a cleaning station and you wipe down the equipment you were just using. Everything is purple and everyone is very accepting there. Great starter gym unless you are a body builder.

Phenomenal gym! I was truly petrified at the idea of going to a gym because Im overweight, but after just a couple visits Im not even the slightest bit uncomfortable! Great staff, very clean machinery and locker rooms, and people truly dont care about what youre doing or even look at you. Highly recommend!

Awesome place! The staff is super cool, the atmosphere is great (and not judging of course) and everything is so well kept up! The only thing I really dont get is the color theme. Purple and Yellow? idk but the rest is nice, although the free weights dont go higher than 60 pounds.

I worked out for a few years at another location. I moved and Im going to join this one. I was treated with total respect everywhere I was in that gym. Terrific place to work out. Im sure this one is the same.

Nice gym and staff. Seems to be a older PF as other locations ive been to have nicer and newer machinces. Large locker room and showers. Have free pizza on the first monday of the month. Worth the 20 bucks

The Tanning Beds played a big part into me getting a Membership. The Bulbs have been bad for the last few months. But now they are so Dull the Beds have become Pointless. I Will be canceling soon.

Nice gym but doesnt have dumbbells over 60lbs. Its also lacking in any other type of free weights. Good place to do cardio though.

Good planet fitness. A lot of machines so there are usually many open. The free weights dont go up very high though (60LB).
