Extremely disappointed today. I asked the manager if I could put my helmet behind the counter and was told no. I asked today because I forgot my lock and wanted to get a small walk in. I didnt ask for her to assume responsibility for my helmet, simply to put it behind the counter so it didnt get stolen off my bike. Just a little customer service thats all. The staff has turned since Matt, and not for the better. No one greets you when you walk in the door and customer service is clearly a lost art. Seems like nobody is happy to work there anymore, and that makes the atmosphere unpleasant. Maybe Ill try another location, even though its out of my way. The price is right, the equipment is good, just this location is going down hill as far as customer service is concerned.

Very up set this is the 3rd time I been to tan an the bed shut off on me in 3 min. I do not feel I need to call up front to the desk to tell them its needs to get fixed right the bed or who ever turns it on me an my friend come every day we talk to same workers every day they no we go the full 9 or 12 min depending on the bed we was very upset with this after undressing to do the total body enhancer then getting dressed to go out have tanning bed turned on to only get 3 min.we was very upset with this an didnt even stay to work out I feel this is a problem that needs to be worked on thanks debbie

Have gone for over 2 years. Crappy neighborhood, and have to be very cautious of surroundings leaving and coming in early when it was still dark outside. Homeless and creepy people all over the place. Gym is usually dirty, as well as bathroom and tanning beds. The employees are always standing around talking in groups, yet everything is dirty. Its called picking up a rag or a broom and working people. Price is right if you dont mind sucking it up for $10 a month.

Terrible customer service I went in there to go work out and they told me that I was behind on the payments from June 2016 I was very confused as in why I was being notified 11 months later its now in May 2017. I tried calling I tried getting hold of their managers no one would call me back. I called their corporate office and they simply didnt care. I received one of the worst customer service ever. Now Ill be complaining to the Better Business Bureau.

Basic PF treadmills, ellipticals and stair master. No bosu balls no palates balls no medicine balls no TRX gym at this facility theres several planet fitness that have those items but not this brand new facility. Also theres no shower hooks in the mens showers as well. Kind of a let down considering all the space this location has. Lots of parking spaces and this location has free Wi-Fi so thats a huge plus.

I dont like that this location isnt open 24 hours and there are homeless people wandering the parking lot asking for money. I also dont like the creepy men in there staring at myself and other women working out. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my house, I really wish there was a Grandview location.

Ok for a quick workout, but it also took a quick 23 min to workout to get my car broken into. Cameras caught the car but not the plates. My car was 4th in the row closet to the entrance. Staffs are good, friendly but the area got me feeling completely violated.

Love the gym; i wish there was a free bar bench press and squat rack. Also the hot water in the showers are inconsistent. Overall great gym, great staff and clean location!

The location is okay. The hours arent 24/7, so if you like getting up at the crack of dawn that is too early for this location.
