I started going to this gym from a group on i purchased for 10 classes ... I LOVE the motivation everyone has and the instructors are very hand on and encouraging ... I am the type that does better working out in a group w people to encourage me and push me and this place fits me perfectly! I got a membership after my group on finished and im super pumped! They also have two locations so it makes it easier to fit classes into your schedule etc ..

I joined this gym after an eye opening orientation, after just one minute of standing in a fighters crouch I almost fell over! Six (6) months later, of about 4 classes per week, the image I see in the mirror every morning nearly matches the image of myself in my head. All the instructors are great and there is always something going on at one of their multiple gyms which fits my crazy schedule.
