Will never use again! For starters they were very rude and condescending. We asked them to come out in March because we had no heat. It took them several days to come out and our house was 40 degrees for those days. Then after they came out the looked at our furnace and said it needed to be cleaned, and said it may have more that needed to be looked at, but they werent going to do it unless they got paid for a more in depth look at it. There was a dead bird and some other things needed cleaning.They gave us an estimate, and we didnt have the money to pay it all that day, so they came back another day when we had the money for them to clean it out. They put a new filter in, cleaned what needed to be cleaned, and then left the dead bird on our basement floor without telling us about it. Mind you they charged us $26 and they just left in there. If I knew were it was I could do that for free. We are VERY disappointed with the service we got, and cant believe we paid over $100 for basically nothing!

Charged us $500 to snake our drains because they claimed we didnt have a clean out in our yard so they had to remove the toilet and do it. We HAVE a clean out which I showed to their employee and he told me that it wasnt a clean out and it had something to do with our water. After trashing my bathroom they couldnt get the snake through and proceeded to tell me we have a cracked tile. Called out another plumber who stuck a camera down it and all it was were tree roots. No cracked tile he was just too lazy to finish his job! We confronted naugles about the clean out because we got charged an extra $180 for them to remove out toilet and we wanted it back since it was unnecessary to go through the toilet and their employee lied and said we never showed him the clean out that we never even left out house which was a flat out lie! We helped him carry everything in and out! They then told us to take them to court if we wanted our money back. Terrible business and terrible owner!

I had an excellent experience working with Naugle Plumbing and Heating. I hadnt known about their firm, and they ended up being the fourth place I called. Roots had plugged my houses pipes, and water backed up and flooded the basement. The first three businesses said they couldnt help me--they didnt want to work with water on the floor, they couldnt access the pipes, they thought it should be a city problem. Naugles representative showed up the same day, fixed the problem, no whining, no excuses, just clean pipes and a dry floor. I am so grateful! Theyre at the top of my list now, for any plumbing/heating/cooling project I have.

I had the old man from the company over to give me an estimate and he said he was going to have to call me with the price because he didnt know at the time. We talked about how I am in the military and he said he served but once I told him I am in the Army national guard he started acting rude and short with me. I knew he wouldnt call with the estimate so I did the work myself. It has been two weeks and still no call. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY DONT KNOW GOOD BUSINESS. Apparently they dont support the military either since the guy acted the way he did when he found out I serve.

If you do not work and have time to kill then Naugle is the place for you. I ended up not using them for the work because I never knew if or when they would come. I understand that there are emergency cases that come up that take higher priority. However at least make a phone call to let someone know you are not coming.

Very rude charged 550.00 for new mother board for furnace cost 50.00 online. Owner wouldnt return phone calls. Spring comes and A/C wont work. Call other company found 24V wire cut at motherboard . Possibly wating for service call to fix
