We also were put in contact with this company through our home warranty company. Let me start with stating that I the understand that an uncovered item is an uncovered item. However, my complete dissatisfaction with this company is not solely due to the fact that we ended up with an uncovered item. I was greeted at my home by the technician and he asked how he could be of service. I explained our home inspector mentioned that our regulator may be broken since he thought the pressure was too high. (I confirmed this with a pressure gauge and made the call.) He asked where the regulator was located which happened to be about 15 feet away in the front corner of our garage ceiling. He shined his flashlight on it and asked if there were any other problems. I mentioned that we had a leaky faucet in the hall bathroom and we walked in so he could take a photo of the faucet. We then met up again in the living room where he explained that they would not be doing any work on this trip (luckily, I had already arranged to be home from work for multiple contractors since we already explained in detail the reason for our service call to not only the warranty company but High Priority when they called to make the appointment). It was quite apparent at this time he was trying to get out of here as fast as he could. The technician explained that as a part of the home claim process they come out verify there is a problem, send it in for approval, and return at a later date to make the repair. He explained that they collect our $100 deductible and await the approval from the home warranty. He promptly collected my money and just as promptly left. Now we discovered later that night that the item was "pre-existing" since our home inspector made mention of it and therefore not covered. We also discovered that the technician that came out was actually a manager and that this company does a lot of referral work for our home warranty company and KNEW that it wouldnt be covered from the minute I mentioned "home inspector". We talked to the home warranty company who told us that the $100 doesnt go to them but stays with the vendor. We asked high priority to apply the $100 to the repair which they denied. So in essence we paid $100 for them to come out shine a light on our regulator and take a photo of our faucet. In my eyes the "service" we received from High Priority is no where near the value of the money we gave them. I feel like I have been scammed and while one of their representatives said she would try to meet us half way and apply $50 towards the repair that was ultimately shot down by the same manager who took our money. Beware this company! They will knowingly deceive you.

I was first introduced to High Priority over the July 4th weekend when my sewage pump backed up into my basement. They came out and got it working but said I should replace the pump as it was sticking due to feminine hygiene products and baby wipes in the tank. I was angry as I had specifically advised my daughter in law not to flush anything but paper down the drain. My home warranty company denied the claim because the foreign objects. I elected to call a local trusted plumbing company to come out and do the work if I was paying out of pocket. I found out when they got there that there was NO hygiene products or wipes in the pit just a sticky float switch which they replaced for $50. Furthermore the local plumber advised me that there was NO way the first plumber could have opened the pit to make his purported observations as the local plumber had to saw the lid off and hence the High Priority plumber could not have known if there were hygiene products causing an issue. Fast forward several months and the pump up and dies. I called my home warranty company and they once again dispatched High Priority. This time I stayed with the technician to watch everything he did. He was there less than 4 mins and said the pump is seized and needs replacing. He did not once look in the tank to see anything. He said he would call the warranty company and get it authorized. Twenty minutes later the warranty company calls and says the tech advised there were baby wipes and excessive grease in the tank and they would not cover the repair. I WAS LIVID. THIS WAS A BOLD FACE LIE!!! Today "Got A Plumber?" came out and installed a new pump. The tech said he did not observe any wipes or grease or hygiene products in the tank ... only toilet paper. The cause of the failure was a small marble that somehow made it down the drain so the warranty still would not have covered it but I cannot get over the fact that the plumber straight up lied. For that reason alone I cannot recommend this company. If they are being dishonest so that the warranty company doesnt have to pay claims they are most likely not trustworthy on non warranty claims as well. I plan on filing a complaint against the company with the BBB and notifying the corporate office for the warranty company as well.

UPDATE-!!!!!!!! I was serviced by High Priority in September 2016. I had a leaky bath faucet. Tech came out in 1st visit and looked at the problem. Indicated he had to get warranty approval. 2nd appointment set up. Waited for service no one came or notified me. 3rd appointment set. Tech came and disconnected faucet for install. As he was working I left home and bought matching faucet to have installed, wrong one. Tech advised he would set up next available appointment. Also advised he had spoken to his supervisor and was advised I would receive return of copay as compensation for my inconvenience . I went and bought correct fixture. 4th appointment set. Tech came out and advised he could not install part i bought according to company policy but one would be ordered.5th appointment. Tech showed up. No fixture. Luckily I hadnt returned fixture I purchased. After debate back and forth "my fixture" was installed. I have made several calls until mid January asking for service fee return as promised and the cost of the basic faucet that would have been installed if ordered. **My faucet was brass and apparently more than company was allowed to spend even though it was indicated as "builders grade" by Home Depot. A $315.00 water bill as a result of this leak was my reason for being persistent in requesting this return fee. I was promised a return call several times. I never received these calls. I dont know what happened. Until this incident I was always quite pleaseed with this companys service. have been serviced by High Priority twice within the last 6 months. Both times the service attendant were both professional, caring and courteous. I was referred to this company by my home warranty provider. After the first service tech came to my home, I wont accept plumbing service from any other provider. In addition to providing excellent service, I appreciate the consideration of my time. The company update me on the service techs progress with his schedule which allowed me to handle other errands rather than remain home all day. Today I was serviced by Thomas Clark. In spite of having worked a full day, he listened to my problems and serviced me as if I was the first call on his route. Thank you High Priority for employing such a professional staff.
