AHS (via Bestway Mechanical) replaced my long neck stainess steel kitchen faucet with a cheap, short neck, shiny chrome faucet and they dont understand why Im upset. What good is home warranty if you dont at least get similar replacement materials? Why would I design my kitchen the way I like with matching appliances and fixtures and then pay someone to come in and add materials that dont match? Worstway Mechanical will not call me back or reply to emails. Any 4 or 5 star review you see posted are likely friends and family. Review this company on Yelp.

AHS Sent these incompetent techs out. Paid them the service call...now they claim I didnt pay them. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Yes they unclogged the tub but broke drain piece in return. So called replaced but drain slow now. Incompetent and will be calling on Monday for the jerk who claimed that he did not collect funds.

These guys are horrible, they are always telling their customers lies to get out of the job. Im constantly having to go behind them to make repairs and correct issues they either didnt know how to fix or didnt want to fix
