These guys are awesome!!! Our toilet in our master bath jammed randomly and no matter how much plunging I did, I could not clear it. I called and spoke with Dimitry on a Friday around 4 PM to find out how much toilet snake service would cost. He gave me the pricing info and informed me that they were heading out of town for the weekend after their last call that day but, he still squeezed us in later in the evening since we were in the neighborhood. A torrential downpour of rain began outside around 6 pm and, I was sure I would get a call saying they could not make it. However, to my surprise Dimitry called around 7 to tell me they were outside and asked me to open the door so they could run it. They were kind enough to remove their wet shoes before proceeding to the master bath. I showed them the issue as well as the plunger I was using to try and fix it. Dimitrys partner (I think his name is Vitaliy), grabbed the same plunger and used some super fast plunging technique that I had never seen before. About 10 seconds later the toilet flushed and I felt like a fool! I couldnt believe they were able to clear the jam so quickly after I had spent probably 15 minutes a day for the past 3 days attempting to clear the jam myself. I was waiting for them to tell me the damage (cost), when again to my surprise, Dimitry told me not to even worry about it and said the service call would be no charge!!! I couldnt believe it!!! THEN, to top it all off they also spent another 15 minutes discussing options that I could possibly have to remodel the jetted tub in our master bath and even searched through their contacts to find the info of a specialist who might be able to help us out. Like I said in the beginning, THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! I have no doubt that I will be calling them again the next time any plumbing issues come up and I fail conclusively at resolving the problem myself :-p

My moms house had a problem with roots blocking the sewer back in December. A local plumber was called to clean out the system. He told us he also found 3 leaks which he would fix after Christmas. After multiple attempts to contact him we decided to find another plumber. A friend of my sisters recommended Alliance Plumbing and I can certainly understand why. On the day of our appointment Dimitri called to say they were on their way. When they arrived they went to work quickly. After spending about thirty minutes checking the pipes,running all the faucets, etc. they determined there wasnt any more leaks. They also checked the water pressure inside and out, as well as a few more things. They wiped down the sink and dried the counter area. When I asked what I owed them, they said nothing!! I asked about travel time and they said dont worry about it. How many plumbers or other service technicians tell you no charge! They were polite, honest, friendly and clean. I felt elated for the rest of the day! Im so used to poor service I felt like I had won some sort of prize! I HIGHLY recommend Alliance Plumbing! Thank you!!

Had a water leak under the kitchen counter due to a bad disposal unit. Reached out to Alliance, my call was returned in less than 5 minutes and they accepted appointment for less than 2 hours from the initial call I had made. Dmitry and Vitaly arrived on time and were extremely courteous and professional. They identified the issue right away and suggested a replacement of disposal unit at a very competitive cost for parts and labor. All repairs were done and they spent good amount of time to see that all drains and plumbing issues are reaolved before they left. While at it they also recommended a few things related to my water heater, I highly recommend Alliance and the duo (Dmitriy and Vitally) for any plumbing and drain issues in your home. Cheers!!

My neighbors recommended Alliance when I asked for a locally owned business that was honest and reliable. We noticed a water leak from our water heater and a spike in water pressure so we called Alliance at 2 pm. They promised to fit us in and they did - showed up at 9 pm. Dmitriy and Vitaliy are GREAT !! They are both very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and dependable. They took the time to educate us about the problem and the solution. They charged us a very reasonable rate for the repair. They love their work and their customers. They are now our plumbers and I would HIGHLY recommend them to EVERYBODY!

I had a break in my water supply line, so I got the customary 3 quotes because I knew it was going to be a big (expensive) job. It was late afternoon before Alliance was able to come over and quote me on the work. Because of the hour and it was a huge project, I expected them to get started the next day, but instead they started immediately and worked late to get the job done and water service restored to my house. We really appreciated the quick work. Their prices are reasonable, but most importantly, they are friendly, honest, and easy to work with.

This company is awesome!! I called them a little after 7pm about a clogged up toilet, and the were able to come and fix it within an hour after I hung up the phone! The guys that came were so nice and professional. They assessed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. They also cleaned up most of the mess that was there from before they got there! I can only say great things about this company, from the initial phone call to them showing up and fixing our issues. I will refer them to as many people as I can!! I can really appreciate a business like this. Fast, knowledgeable, and caring. When my shower was on I heard a leak in the wall, then I started seeing water spots on the ceiling. I was expecting the worst. Called Alliance in the morning and they came about an hour later. Immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired the spout in my shower which caused the leak in the wall. No walls torn open and it didnt break the bank either. Definitely stored their number in my phone. They even followed up the next day to make sure the leak didnt come back.

I had a semi emergency with a clog causing water stains on 1st floor ceiling. Nobody would come out on a Saturday night. After calling most of the local plumbers, I am lucky to find these guys. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable, I can see why they have a perfect rating so far. They seem to have a lot of experience and give you an honest explanation without the sales pitch. Another 5 star. Reasonable prices for an emergency service call. I will highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Alliance did a great job! I had a busted pipe and they were able to be at my location within an hour. I found them through a Google search and they were they ones to answer the phone. Meaning, it was not an 800 number that fields calls just to sub them out to another vendor at higher expense with limited liability. The cost was very reasonable and exactly what was quoted on the front end. I genuinely feel they know their stuff! If needed, I would definitely call again and strongly recommend.
