Late on a Thursday afternoon (about 4 PM) I had a plumbing problem so I called Busy Bee.The lady apologized that they had no one to help me that late in the day but a plumber could come out the next day. The next day I received a phone call at 8:00 AM. The plumber said he was on the way. He arrived at my home within a few minutes and he fixed my problem right away. He was pleasant, quick to get to work and had the job finished quickly. This was the best experience I have ever had when calling for plumbing repair. The receptionist and plumber were first rate. They were very pleasant and made me feel my needs were very important. Its not often these days to get such great service, but I did and I really appreciate it. They came out to repair a few items on a rental property. The service was completed quickly and effectively. However, I felt that I was massively overcharged for the service. I talked on the phone with the plumber who said that the part they needed was $80-90 for the larger repair and $10-15 for the toilet repairs. The invoice I got was $250 for parts and another $200 for 2 hours of labor. $100/hr for a plumber in London, KY is outrageous. You can sheer a sheep a dozen times, but skin him only once. Ive been skinned and wont be doing business with this company again.

I had Busy Bee come to my home and pump the septic tank. I was very happy with the service I received. They did the job, cleaned up afterwords and left my yard as clean as it was before they came. I was so happy with the job they did I have called them back to do some plumbing work for me. There is nothing better than hiring someone to do some work for you and not only get great service but be treated as if they were working on their own house! Wonderful working with you Busy Bee!!!

Busy Bee Septic Service of London arrived promptly today as scheduled and pumped out my septic tank. The work was very professionally and courteously done even down to helping locate the tank! The cost was very reasonable and I will definitely call them the next time I need something done!

I called to have a leak fixed and someone was scheduled within a day. He showed up on time, made the repair and left after cleaning up after himself. Very satisfied!
