After years of doing business with them and giving them several breaks when they they made mistakes, they managed not only to totally deliver my last order several weeks late which cost me lost sales, but also insult me. The product they finally delivered was sub-standard and when I told them about it they blamed the post office for it. I got a second opinion and it was the quallity of the printing that was the problem. They not only did not offer to remedy the situation, they added insult to injury by threatening to take me to collection. They apparently have no regards for keeping their customers happy. I cant remember the last time I had such a negative experience with any company that Ive done business with.

Both jim and joe were very helpful in ensuring the accuracy and details of our order were perfect! They provided insights and guidance as needed and were terrific to work with. We have already recommended allegra to others who need printing services and will definitely call on them again.
