**** WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN **** Never Return your emails ... They lose your products .... You can never speak with a supervisor ... was on a booker program with them and I guess due to I asked for compensation for over 4 orders that were not delivered on time and and I lost clients ... they took me off the booker program with the new site launch they had .... Ive emailed and tried live chat but nothing and if you say something then its a dry response ... will ship tomorrow and that never happened until a week later !!!! I run a business just like they do and wish the customer service aspect was better and now ............. I rather pay more to get accurate answers then always a runaround !!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THEM OR TRUST THEM WITH SHIPPING OR PRINT !!!!!!!!!!!

Without making sure that I or anyone who wasnt an employee wasnt within ear shot, WITH aggression and attitude in his voice, a male employee proceeded to say, "I told her an Hour, and shes just gone have to wait". When in fact, Im not even the same person from my place of employment who came earlier in the day to try to pick up an order. Next time, if youre not happy with your job or having a bad day, leave it at home or at least make sure you arent within ear shot of a customer who is patronizing your establishment. I will say, everyone else who walked past me or assisted me was very pleasant.

Never Return your emails They lose your products You can never speak with a supervisor Was told due to I paid for next day print and they didnt send my client order out till 2 weeks later that they have a sister company who held it and everyday I call the same excuse " It will ship out tomorrow " TOMORROW WAS 2 WEEKS LATER AND I LOST A CLIENT !!!!! Great customer service. Laurie helped walk me through the process as a new customer and helped with changes that came up after we confirmed the order. I had a same day order but wasnt able to pick it up before the office closed. The owner delivered the product to our business after hours. Totally unexpected but made my morning and our work celebration a success.

This company charges an outrageous amount to order the exact quantity of postcards that you want. I ordered 15,000 postcards and only received 14,000 and they will not do anything about it. Not impressed with the customer service at all. You can be shorted by 10% on how many your order even though you are paying for more.

Customer Service sucks! Which is bad.. You get your money worth for the printing and the vibrant colors.. but speaking with someone or getting to the right person will not be a breeze! Its like they dont care... I will give it a 5 for the quality of their printing service but thumbs a to customer services

Poor, poor, poor customer service. Product ready for two days. Visit to store asking for status. We will email you. Product was ready for pick-up as we spoke. No attempt to compensate the difference between 2 day and 4 day turnaound. Sad.
