Office Depot is the best office supply store that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I have tried many others and none were as quick with delivery. Also their website is so simple to navigate, I think OD should have the commercials with the big red "EASY" button. Customer service with this company is a breeze. I have had issues here and there, but all were fixed promptly and with little hassle on my end. I have been ordering all of my office supplies from this company for the last 3-4 years, and have also purchased many excellent computers and printers from Office Depot and all at great prices (Wait for the Sales!!). Choose Office Depot and you wont be disappointed. Baring this company going out of business (which I assume could happen only in the case of a Zombie Apocalypse) I will never order from another office supply store again. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Very Unprofessional and understaffed. I was kind enough, to let them know since my project was jammed in the printer that I would come back at 8:00 a.m. to pick it up and even VERIFIED with the lady I was working with that it will be done AT 8:30 a.m. because I NEEDED it for TODAY, and she said YES. NOT ONLY THAT, when I called the gentlemen, Grant, he was talking to other customers as well as myself at the same time and continued to give me an attitude and to tell me that he said it would be done by 9:00 pm tonight. Being an assistant manager, he is very rude and absolutely very unprofessional.

Just wanted to say that the customer service at this location is amazing! I picked up a monitor that had been damaged out of the box and when I called I was informed that they were all out. The manager Mandy was kind enough to call another location and have them hold their very last one for me until I could pick it up the next day. I wish consumers were lucky enough to get this treatment everyday.

Always get the help and service I need here. Too bad on items I do need prices are almost double from target or Wal-Mart but I still go here for lots of other things
