Khalil was very friendly. But he didnt know how to open a Word document on PC. Forgot to choose the stapling option and had to do it manually. Did an error in billing, charging me more. I wasted at least 15 minutes here. I would like an option where I can wirelessly print the document from my mobile device. So that the staff here need not be knowing how to open a document. I am new to the US. Im from India and my place had this kinda service years back!! What I feel is officemax is a monopoly in this business. That is why they are lazy to innovate. They also dont find it necessary to train their staff!! :o

Ordered something online, sales associate said she couldnt find the order and then moved on to other customers without alerting me she was no longer looking. Apparently stood there for 15 minutes just to look pretty. Did a 1 hour order for a quick pick up because I was in a rush and they wasted my time. Edit: Turns out it was ready in the back the whole time. Like... Yall, my umbrella dried! Like, a whole umbrella dried in the time it took them to get me ONE ITEM! Never doing this again.

Very rude, treated me like an idiot. I knew exactly what I wanted, I knew exactly what it did, and everything. the guy told me that I didnt know what i was talking about.I bought the idem somewhere else and it does what the guy told me that it didnt do. This was my first experience with them(and last). Its kind of ghetto-ish. Shop elsewhere!!!!!!! There is a circuit- city and best buy near by, as well as office depot.

Went in to buy my grandbabies school supplies and guess what it was a limit of 3 on the .01 items and you had to spend an additional cost of $5.00 Dollar I was so unhappy I even talked to the manager and she said she couldnt do anything.I said ok so I spent $5.00 and just brought all the item regular price. I am a very unhappy Grandma
