This is worst company I have ever worked. They are very delayed on the process. I started with them on June 5th. They were trying to get permit from city of Madison heights in the middle of June, then, they were waiting on the feedback for couple weeks, saying the city is not response/reply, gave excuses. The truth is, the document they sent was not even go to correct department of the city, I had to making phone calls myself and visited city couple times to correct the issue and put my cell phone on speaker to make the NICE office lady to talk with/ the city officers. Sam/Alis responses were still that is NORMAL to wait couple of weeks to get the permit. I was really upset about the unresponsiveness! I paid them still after the main sign was delivered. Then we have half of the road sign from them, too. After I installed the road sign myself, we decided to have another half, and then the nightmare started again. I called them couple weeks, with no response. I called Ali, he told me he will get this done, and then never reply. I was trying to contact them again and again to have the other half sign done. On August 18th , Ali told me the sign was in production and will be ready to pick up on August 22nd, I told him if you need a contract please send to me to sign, but I will have to pay you when I am picking up the sign with certified check. He said Ok. On August 22nd morning, I called him and trying to confirm it is OK to pick up. He said yes through the phone call, and then texted me the pick up address. Then, he follower up with another text saying if you didnt pay then the sign is not in production and nothing you can pick up today.
