GOT DOUBLE CHARGED FOR A BUSINESS CARD ORDER AFTER ORIGINAL WAS LOST IN SYSTEM. I ordered business cards which never arrived after two weeks. I got in contact with the company & they informed me my order was lost. Proceeded to place a new order which arrived within 5 business days. But then a week later the original order arrived & I was charged for both orders. Now I have been waiting two weeks for them to credit my account for the order they forced thru after they said it was not in system. Clever business tactics to double charge clients.

I work with Whitlock all the time and I gotta say, I LOVE THEM!!!! Cant tell you how many times they have saved the day. Anytime our marketing company gets quotes from local printers, they consistently have the best prices and lead times, always with great quality. I work with Katie all the time and she is extremely professional, super fast to respond, and always easy to work with. She is extremely reliable and I use her for absolutely every print job we need. I honestly cant say enough good things about working with them.

Sad to day since they took over 360 Digital Books ... communication and customer service have deteriorated. New infrastructure hinders clear communication in my opinion. Be VERY clear in your communications and aware of the extra costs, they add up fast. READ the small print! New company made the whole experience a misery. Miss "can do" skills and attitude of Linda, Keith and Brian. I have done business with 360 for 6 yrs.

I have had great communications with Katie and Susanne. Both of which have always been prompt and friendly. Ive never had an order lost, or been double-charged because of it. Personally have never had an issue with accuracy--Katie usually catches my mistakes and politely helps me out :) Been doing business for over a year.
