I needed 10/2ply carbon copies made. I sent a request via email and arrived in store when I said I would. I had 2 children and my aunt (who is in her 60s) with me. No verbal communication... No email... Nothing. After standing there for an hour...I was told they would call me. I took my family home (25 mile drive)and returned. I was told 20 minutes. I have been waiting on these copies for 4 hours now... I went into store and after another 20 minutes, was handed my order. They were printed... With the yellow copy on top and half or more were wrinkeled with no glue. When I asked for a refund, I was never apologized to.... In fact... He offered... After 4 hours to reprint. I am so dissatisfied. I took my refund. As a business owner, he cost me a half a day.

Went there today had to wait awhile, only one employee. The manager was very rude to her employee & to the customers. The employee was fantastic as usual. Dont know what theyre names were. Employee was great & manager needs replaced.
