Print/Copy: The printing/copying service of this location is fine. Any copying or binding Ive had done here has been timely and well-done Shipping: I have been using this FedEx location since 2009, but have noticed that over the past few years, the service and professionalism have deteriorated. I shipped a small glass bottle containing some oil for my grandparents. As glass can be fragile, I chose the option to pay for the FedEx staff to package my item, and also insured the item. Weeks went by, and the item had not been received. FedEx claimed the item had never been sent. Long story short, after hours on the phone, I determined that the Detroit FedEx shipment center had broken the package and never informed me. They called FedEx shop, who failed to notify me. Because the item was insured, I filed a claim, but the FedEx home office stated that it was my fault the item was not properly packaged--- although i had paid an extra $10 to have it packaged by FedEx. In summary, 1) not only did this FedEx location lie about not having shipped the parcel, 2) they packaged the item poorly, and 3) did not notify me when they were told that the Shipment Center had broken the package. 4) FedEx then dishonored the insurance claim, citing poor packaging, although they had packaged the items themselves. I shipped a similar package with USPS at a fraction of the price! The item arrived in a timely and safe manner. For your shipping needs, definitely consider USPS (close by to this FedEx!) before risking your items here.

Had me pay for unneeded repackaging "service" and not a friendly atmosphere. I had a package that was mistakenly shipped to me that I had never ordered. When I contacted the shipper they provided a FedEx shipping label for me to return this item to them. The staff at this FedEx location had concerns about shipping the item "as-is" even though that is how it was left at my home. They told me the stores had different policies and instead of one package it needed to be 2. As I waited I listened to one female employee loudly berate a colleague, I assume them both to be managers with she above him. The job he was doing was not to her liking and he and the 4 or 5 customers in the store all got to know about it. When it was finally time to ship the package they had opened up the manufacturers original package and re-packed them to their own liking - then boxed those 3 boxes that had been originally taped and shipped together by the manufacturer - into 1 larger box. Sadly I was never told that I was going to be charged for their "Packing Service". I had another package I was going to send while there but instead I took the extra trip to the post office to save time money and frustration. Stick with making copies.

I love going to this location. Charles always provides me with thee best service & I am pleased with my purchases every time. This is my preferred location in the whole Detroit-Metro Area! In fact, I will make my 2nd trip there this week, on Friday afternoon. :-) _JenJamesBeauty | P.S. There is a Starbucks just a few doors over in case you want somewhere to wait for a print order. :-)

I needed to print something quickly. I was helped step by step thru putting money on the FedEx card and printing out my documents. The staff member was friendly and helpful. Google maps says that this location closes at 11:00 PM but this location actually closes at 9pm.

I always have good service at this location. I email them my order and typically they will call me within hours to confirm my order is ready for pickup. They have always done good work for me!
