This location is a blessing and a curse. The staff members are awesome! They do a great job remembering me, my name, and do amazing work. The trouble with this location is they are ALWAYS understaffed. There are never enough employees to handle the business. I would think management would have more people working during peak times and not just staff eight hour shifts that span the day. If I was a manager at this location I would hire a greeter that could sit right at a kiosk at the door to direct people and set expectations about the wait time. I would also empower this person to offer coffee and water for waiting patrons, and even allow them to pre-screen incoming digital docs for PDF conversion or preview prints. They could also answer the phone and check on e-orders that come over the internet. They do great work - it just takes a very long time to get the projects ordered and completed.

Went in to simply print off engagement pictures with my fiance. there were 2 self-print stations and one was out of order. half way through printing, the machine ran out of paper. it took over 30 mins for 1 of the 3 workers to check the machine. after checking the machine, the location was out of the size (my guess is she did not know how to load in the paper) While waiting in line for help, a customer behind me said get comfortable. youll be here a while. ive been here everyday this week and i have to wait in line for at least 20 minutes. I would advise this locations to.... 1) have more employees on duty 2) hire employees that can do the job more efficiently 3) have basic paper (i.e. 4X6) in stock COME ON NOW! YOURE LOCATED ON WOODWARD IN BIRMINGHAM! GET IT TOGETHER

RAMONA is the best!! She is not only spunky and genuine, she knows her stuff. I went in to put together a book for my mothers 50th bday and she helped me make it perfect (helping me pick out the best paper, binding etc)!! I cant say enough about her. While we were in there, there was an unsavory customer who kept picking and picking about the service (petty details just to be negative and mean) and Ramona handled her directly and with a calm and polite tone. I think that says a lot about her. Other times I have went into that Kinkos I have had a fine experience as well, they are all nice ladies. Thanks for the good work and thanks again, Ramona for being thoughtful.

I called this kinkos for their email address to print a form, I was not advised over the phone to send it as an attachment, never received a phone call saying they cant print my email or to resend it as an attachment. so i show up four hours later to pick up my email that I wanted printed out. Instead of problem-solving the lady gets super rude to me and honestly couldnt have been any ruder interrupting me and acting like I know their store policy, like I work there. I ended up having to use a debit card to rent the computer to print the email out myself. I am new to this town and I will definitely not be coming to this location again.

Rude staff!!! I was standing in line to cut out something that I had just laminated. At the time, a woman was using the cutting station. I was next in line. A FedEx employee "TOM," cuts in front of me for another customer and doesnt acknowledge me at all. Starts cutting the other customers items and continues to ignore me. I advised him that I had been standing in line for some time and he continued to cut the customers items. Pretty much, he just said sorry, Ill help you after I help her. I will never come to this FedEx again.

Rude service. After being ignored for 10 minutes with only two people in front of me and two employees in the store, I asked how long it would be. "We are working on major projects. I am unable to give you a time right now." I, like every customer, do not care to hear how hard your job is or why you are busy. Everyone is busy. Thats why they go to FedEx. Dont provide an explanation. Just an apology. Customer service is not hard. Just apologize for being rude and do your best to accommodate someones request.

It gets busy here so I always email ahead and then pick up my project. Tiffany is a great help, always makes sure the work gets done right, and if there ever happens to be an issue, she takes care of it right away so my clients arent left waiting. Update 6.29 Theo Coates is an amazing help when I come here. I had to catch a different flight and he made sure I had all my documents ready well ahead of time. He even laminated the address and phone number Id be using overseas!

Customer service is great but wifi and services do not work . Tried emailing documents I needed for work within the hour - the signal was low I resent 5 times it never went to their queue . I tried creating a hot spot ( wifi signal was too weak to sustain one ) tried using my own cellular data . Still no document . Throughly disappointed . This also happens at their Dearborn location . Get it together Fedex

I went into this store today for notary services. The notary was busy with another customer and, when told that I was awaiting her assistance, she rolled her eyes. I asked if this was annoying her and she said, "Yes." I left since I didnt want to pay her to be rude to me. I will not be going back to this store, which is a shame since its close to home and Ive used it plenty of times before.

I just had the best customer service experience with team member Laurie M. Not only was she knowledgeable and efficient, she presented options above and beyond what I ordered that would help my presentation shine. She also told me about the rewards program, which I didnt know about and hadnt been presented to me or my colleagues at other locations. Absolutely top notch service.

I uploaded a 90-page document. All I wanted was one copy, black&white. Sounds simple. They said it would be ready by noon the next day. I got there at 12:30, and they didnt even start making it yet. Then, when I got home, I discovered that nearly 30 pages were completely missing from the document! Im never going again. GO ELSEWHERE

Unfortunate that this high volume store has an obvious issue with customer service. I dread going to this Kinkos, and it is so close to my home and business. EVERY time I go, service is horrible. The employees are not helpful, nor are they friendly. I would recommend the UPS on Maple, much friendlier and much more helpful!

Walked in 10pm and the employee told me it would take 2 hours to punch holes in a stack of paper which I know takes 2 mins. There was 3 other people in the whole store and none of them needing the employee. I guess they dont need my business.

Ramona was attentive of everyone coming in the door and helped me find a box I didnt think existed. There was people waiting but thats America. Sacrificing longer waits so they can go with a skeleton crew.
