My experience was specifically with the print shop. I called and asked about having a poster printed. I was told that if I wanted it mounted that it would be best to drop the file off the day before. So I did. I told the girl what I needed and by what time the next day. I said I would need it by 2:00pm, as the party was at 3:00pm. She said she would print it that night, time permitting. I called the next day at 11:00am to check progress, as my husband was out and if it was done, he could stop and pick it up. I was told that they had not started it yet, but it would be done by 2:00pm. By 2:20 I still had not received a call, so I called again. I was told that it still had not even been printed! They were confused at the instructions left by the girl who wrote down the order. So instead of calling me to verify, they just didnt do it. After clarifying the instruction, I was told that it would be done by 2:50pm at the latest. I asked if there was a way to have the order discounted since it was an hour late, the girl working the counter said of course, but neither her, nor her co-worker (manager?) could figure out how to apply the discount. After several minutes I told them to nevermind, as I was already late and didnt have time to wait any longer. So I paid full price for a late product. The whole issue could have been avoided had someone just called to clarify the instructions sooner. I will no longer be using this location for any printing needs.

Had trouble finding item on shelf, sales associates nowhere in sight, and when I DID find one he was disinterested and told me that if I didnt see it on the shelf the store didnt have it.

Seems to me like a dying breed of store. Huge store with most everything office related you could want. In my experience, there are both few customers and employees in the place.

I like Office Max because you can order online and pick up in the store or have it delivered. Some things are very expensive but some are not.

Clean. Seems like its never any customers. Cashiers were helpful but seem like they rather be at home
