Made a visit to Ulta for my first time this evening (5/26/17) to purchase makeup. I inquired with the floor sales associate about what makeup I needed in order to achieve a full face of makeup, what brand she recommended & what section of the store to purchase it from. She did not give me any help. She responded "All over the store" & behaved as if she had an attitude because I didnt know what to purchase. I will not be making a purchase at the location anytime soon.

I was in your store yesterday. It was my first time in an Alta store. I brought my 13 yr old daughter with me. And 2 of her friends. I was very upset how we were treated. They were followed around like they were thieves or something. Just because they were curious about all the products and trying some of the testers. My daughter has gone into the Macomb mall store And wasnt treated like that. I wont return to this location

Wonderful selection and great return policy. I imagine there are lots of thefts so i understand they have to keep a close eye on customers, but i appreciated the helpful attention. Only downfall is that the sweet accommodating young lady who tried to help me really didnt know much and i bought the totally wrong color eyebrow mascara. I mean why do they even make BLOND anyway? It might as well be invisible.

I live 2 miles away so I always go here so the staff knows me. Asian girl who works there , was very rude. First time i have ever seen her there and I gave her a compliment because her highlight was poppin and she was just so rude. But other than that love everyone else there and everything

Ulta is my go to for all my beauty needs. I really enjoy wandering around the store. And if I cant find what Im looking for all I have to do is ask. Or if Im not exactly sure how to get the best results out of a product there is always someone there to show me just how to do it.
