I spent $180.00 getting my daughters hair colored my exact words were I want it BLOND AND CARMEL JUST LIKE JENNIFER ANISTON. WELL FIRST DAY IT WAS SO SO I WAS TOLD IT WOULD LIGHTEN WELL I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER BECAUSE NOW ITS ORANGE LOOKING ALONG WITH HER REGULAR HAIR COLOR SHE WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO HAVE ANY OF HER NORMAL COLOR EVEN THE ROOTS WERE NOT DONE PROPER THIS WAS DONE ON 12/28/16 AND NOW IT 1/11/17 AND IVE STILL HAD NO SUCCESS AT GETTING A MANAGER TO SPEAK WITH. ALL I WANT IS MY DAUGHTERS HAIR DONE RIGHT AND IF THEY CANT DO IT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN GO GET IT FIXED. MY POOR DAUGHTERS HATES HER HAIR NOW. AND THIS ISNT HER FIRST HAIR COLOR BUT THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE THING IVE EVER SEEN

This place sucks...horribly. Ive been there twice now within 5 years. Both times my hair has been completely demolished. I paid $70 for a cut and color.. The girl took chunks out of my hair and the color never even changed. If I could give it negative stars...I would. Your dollar wojld be better spent at great clips or superior barber/salon.
