My first few times here were great, fast service, friendly employees, they listened to what I wanted and I was super happy. The last few times though Ive had not so great experiences. I only ever go here to get my eyebrows done and I always ask them to leave them thick, I try to explain to the best of my ability that I only really want them cleaned up. Its possible that our views on what is considered thick and just cleaned up dont match up. The last few times Ive tried to get my eyebrows waxed here I just havent been pleased with the results at all. It often ends up feeling like they just totally disregard what I say and do what they think will look best, which is why I havent been back in months. Also, the last time I went the lady who was doing my brows was on the phone the whole time, she was waxing and plucking with the phone wedged between her shoulder and ear and I ended up looking like I was permanently perplexed (one eyebrow with a way higher arch than the other) >.< I still rated them three stars because like I said, maybe our ideas of what is considered thick are different, maybe if I brought in a picture I wouldnt have this issue. Also when I first started coming here the lady who did my brows then was AH-mazing, so maybe Im just getting unlucky with who works on me. :/

I visited Venus Nails to get a pedicure about 5 days before. I must say it was very wonderful. They asked what their could help me with when I arrived. My feet were shiny afterwards-before they applied the lotion!They were showing me the various colors to let me 0delight in the choice. My manicures are amazing as well. I wouldnt go any other placesand giving them a chance, they will make sure youre taken care of!

I first started coming in Venus Nails last month and now second time. This place was awesome! Staff here was very accommodating. I was very happy with the way they treated me. They were patient and also suggested my nail design! The atmosphere is really relaxing. I will be switching to Venus Nails for my acrylic nails next time. I am grateful for this place.

Seriously Venus Nails & Beauty Salon was the best nail salon in Galloway. I made a deluxe pedicure. I received a good care from the owner. The staff here was the sweetest. And they were in turn produce quality nails to me. The prices are very reasonable! AMAZINGGGGG!Ill go here again for sure.

Ive been to over ten places in Galloway looking for the perfect nail place and i found Venus Nails. A nice experience! I wasnt to wait long time. Staff treated me like I was an old friend. They were super friendly. My pedicure is flawless. Im 100% satisfied. I cant wait to come back in the future!
