I scheduled an appointment and several days later the salon called and asked me to come in an hour earlier because she had an opening in her schedule. I booked the latest possible appt I could for a reason but agreed to change it anyway. I was unable to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the stylists schedule and had to cancel. Of the many times I have visited the salon a cancellation policy has never been communicated. They charged me $30 for cancelling. I was told she would move my appt back to my original time if she could but the schedule wont allow it? So they bumped my original time then gave it away to someone else then charged ME when I couldnt get there on time. I will never return to this salon again.

Ive been to Noir Salon a few times with my son in the past and had great expereiences. This last time when i went to cash out she said it was $28.00. Every other time ive been there ive paid $14 or $15. i asked why was it so much and the response was it depends on the stylist experience. "experience"??? She did not trim around his ears and his hair was not even on the sides or even straight in the back. I think next time they decide to Charge for a 3 year old hair cut they should warn you what the price will be.

LOVE THIS SALON! The girls are great! I see Kelly and Natalie. I take my kids there as well. They are very professional and do a fantastic job with cut, color and I have the Klix hair extentions. Also Carrie is the best masseuse - that girl can work magic! My daughter has had a mani/pedi as well and their tech did a great job with her. They use a great product line. The prices are super reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend!

I am one of those people who are super picky about who touches my hair. About 7 Years ago I took a chance based on a friends opinion. I am so glad I did! Ashley S has been my stylist ever since! She is amazing. Their prices depend on which stylist you go to. Ashley is a senior stylist so its a little pricey bit TOTALLY worth it! You always get a shampoo and style after every cut :)

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to tell one and all that Salon Noir handled my daughters wedding and every single aspect was perfect! I have been going to Salon Noir for years- have used almost all of the stylists and have been happy every time. All are professional, friendly, honest and best of all funny.

The staff is AMAZING and always makes you feel beautiful. They always have new techquines from their continual training at Bumble & Bumble and make great recommendations on what would work best for you. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone.

Superb! Having just moved to the Romeo area, I was desperate to find a salon that could rival my previous one. The staff as very friendly and the service was top notch! Even if I ever move back Royal Oak, Ill be making the drive to Noir.

Totally bad experience! Used their "best stylist" she listens to what you want but is incapable of performing it. End result hack job. Buyer beware!!
