Deceptive Sales, Unprofessional, and unqualified to work on a Rheem furnace. I responded to a $79 mailing for a furnace tune up. Technician came out and did not know how to work on a Rheem furnace. After Technician spoke to his son about family matters on his cell, he asked to use my phone to call the Rheem manufacturer long distance about an adjustment. Could not get a hold of the manufacturer about the adjustment. Technician left my house telling me he is not sure if the adjustment is right or wrong and would call the Rheem manufacturer the next day to verify. Demanded $125 for the adjustments. Drove to the office the next day, technician forgot about my furnace. Secretary was the only one in, she did not care to try and fix the problem. I called Ricaar to have a qualified technician look at the furnace. Dont waste your time or money with these mailings, I am out $125 from there $79 mailing.

Imagine getting a phone call from one of your renters at 10pm that the heat has stopped working. They also mention they called the fire department just left because they thought there was a haze in the air and and is just so happens to be a balmy -3 out. Kyle P was the on call technician that night and I couldnt be more pleased with the way this company operates. Kyle was able to diagnose the problem and get the heat back on very quickly!!! Thanks for being quick, honest and the company I will always call for all my heating and cooling needs moving forward. Kyle, I appreciate the level of service you provided me. I hope everyone I refer to Superior gets to have Kyle out to perform their service!!!

I have been having issues with my air conditioner. After Center Point Energy determined the unit had "died" and condemned it, as well as trying to convince me to buy a brand new air conditioner, I stopped at Superior Heating to get their opinion. Kim in the office was very helpful and technician Dan Little came out to check out the unit. Two Center Point Energy technicians could not find the leak (they both said there was a leak somewhere) but Dan found the leak in less than 20 minutes. Superior Heating just saved me $3600 for a new unit which would not have worked anyway since Center Point Energy couldnt find the leak! Thank you Superior Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical!

My neighbors water heater suddenly broke & leaked water in her basement. My friends & I quickly put in some $ to help my neighbor out & we bought her (a single mom) a new water heater! Only 1 problem...we had no one to put it in with such short notice! We called Superior Heating to see if they could help us out. With no hesitation, after hearing the story, Ross Johnson was able to come to my neighbors rescue that evening. She was very pleased with the service, promptness & fair price. I will ALWAYS recommend Superior Heating to all my friends & family. They went above & beyond!

Called Superior after reading the good reviews. They were able to get a nice tech to my house in 2.5 hrs. I explained the problem of the gas not coming on. The tech checked numerous areas but did not know much about my older furnace. He was here for over two hours and did make phone calls back to his boss a number of times. End result was a loose wire off the gas valve. The Tech is a great guy but this seems somewhat of a first area to check before taking things apart. End result was $150 dollars for a simple fix. The tech told me his boss discounted this price.

I want to highly recommend the customer service at Superior Heating. My home air conditioning stopped working on a very hot weekend and I called on a Saturday evening and left a message. I received a return call within minutes and the tech patiently explained some things that I could check myself before them sending someone out. When I took the steps he recommended I discovered the problem and was able to fix it myself and they charged me nothing for their time. I could not have asked for more timely, competent and considerate service. Thank you Superior!

Bought a house in 2012 with an AC that never worked. Superior came out and tried all they could, but essentially we needed a new AC. No problems or concerns since. This week our furnace went out, they came out 3 times to try and fix it, but to no avail. Got a team member out early this morning, and had it done quickly at a great deal! Superior comes highly recommended. They had good availability, were very professional, and had great explanations to the problems and solutions that were presented to us. We will continue to use them for all of our needs!

Superior replaced my furnace and AC. Gordy (sales) was very knowledgeable about the different models which helped me with my decision. The service techs, Chris & Ryan, did an awesome job on the installation. Professional, polite, I had total confidence in them. They had a tight space to work in to replace the furnace and took extra care so as not damage anything. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend Superior to anyone needing HVAC services.

One late winter evening, I came home to a freezing cold house. Immediately, I called Superior Heating, Air Conditioning. The next morning, a technician was able to come down to my house and quickly solve my heating issues. Within hours, our home was toast warm. Three years later, I still have no issues with our heater. If anything ever comes up, I will be calling Superior Heating, Air Conditioning again. Excellent and friendly service!

We had Mark come out and do an initial estimate. He understood our financial concerns and gave us some tips on what work we could do beforehand to make things more affordable. We followed his recommendations and he came out and fixed some outlets and wiring for a column in our kitchen without breaking our budget. He was friendly and very great at explaining things and we will be sure to work with him again!

The techs at Superior Heating (specifically Ross and Tim) are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. Ross installed a new air conditioner for me and Tim came out to help fix a furnace problem. Both times, the techs were on time and did a very good job explaining what they were doing and why. I feel that I can trust their opinions and will definitely use them again.

The owner of this company was also my landlord for 4 or 5 years. Hes a very straight forward guy, compassionate and fair. His workers were in my apartment several times to fix various misc repairs and they always did a great job (some were heating/cooling related repairs, some not). Just from my experience I would recommend this company with an A+ grade.
