Xavier did some remediation work to the electric panel in our house. One of the lines from the main breaker was not attached properly, leaving a weak connection to half of our breakers. A few days later the weak connection finally broke entirely and we lost electricity to half our house, including kitchen appliances and our furnace. It was a Sunday and Xavier could not be contacted. Due to the fact we have young kids and the night was going to be cold, we chose to have another electrician come in and find/fix the issue. When we explained the situation to Xavier and asked for him to help cover the cost of the weekend work, since the issue resulted from a problem with his work, he threw at me the notice that he can file a lien against our property if we dont pay him in full. His reasoning that I could have waited until the beginning of business on Monday was this: "To solve the problem you described, since part of your house had electricity the simple solution is to use an extension cord and plug the cord in a near by working receptacle." Really? When we didnt know what the problem actually was, all our major appliances were not working (fridge, stove, microwave, dryer, furnace), and we were somewhat concerned we had a safety issue. Ridiculous. It was a very negative experience for me that also cost me additional money. I would not recommend Haro to anyone.

Xavier from Haro electric has been so fantastic to work with. When I called him for an issue he was extremely responsive and their technicians explained the problem And how it would be billed thoroughly. I dont know why these people would leave one stars for this company. I was referred by a friend who also had a 5star experience so I totally dont understand. I know there is another Haro Electric in Zimmerman mn that doesnt have the best reputation So maybe they confused Xaviers company with theirs. This Haro electric Company went above and beyond to accommodate me and address my issues. I couldnt be happier!
