I hesitated calling because of the name but you cannot judge the service by the silly name. I had tried about 6 other electricians in St. Charles County and they either didnt call back or didnt show up for the job. Mr. Sparkys phone receptionist was very nice and helpful. She booked my appointment and said they would call the night before to confirm more definite time. Good to her word, she called back on Sunday night to tell me Ron would be there at 8:30 a.m. the next morning. At 8:30 a.m. my doorbell rang. Ron was very pleasant and professional. Our lights had been dimming when an appliance turned on. He was able to diagnose the problem was with our local power provider s box on the side of the house. He called the power company, explained what the problem seemed to be and they came out that very same day. We will definitely have Mr. Spark in for all our electrical needs in the future.

After two technicians came and took my panel apart downstairs and crawled in my attic they quoted me a rediculous price for fixing two switches in my kitchen ($1494). I declined their estimate so they had to pack up and go. Now my kitchen lights dont work at all and they refuse to come back without charging me. Also no one is answering the phone at the office and its 4pm. The answering service wont let me leave a message, it hangs up on me every time. Heres the level of service you can expect....

With any electrical project, there is a good bit of scheduling-magic that has to happen, and the folks at Mr. Sparky were able to be there for us. Now THAT is what I call SERVICE! Arrived when they said they would. Tech was great. Very professional. Gave me the price for all my work before they started work. Fixed the problems. Cleaned up after themselves, even put booties over their shoes when they came into the house. Liked them so much, I bought one of their Power Clubs. I will use them again for my future electrical needs.

Called them because I was having arc flashing coming out of my socket (fire hazard). Waited hours, never got a call back. Called again later that night, it is the next day, and still no reply. Had to go with another electrician and they came right out within a half hour, because they knew that this was a serious matter that had to be dealt with immediately. Wish I could leave no stars.

Needed a few things fixed around the house in order for us to sell. We needed fast service that would be done correctly so the home would pass inspection. Mister Sparky gave us a date and time that they would be out and stuck to it. They identified the problem and fixed it. Great fast service! Will definitely use again.

Said they would be here to finish the job on Thursday at 830, I have not heard anything from anyone and they have already call to advise us about the bill that has already been charged to us and the job isnt even completed. Have called two times and still no call back .
