I called for an estimate on a small job: installation of a couple of lights on a garage exterior. The lady was nice enough, but seemed rather disinterested in having anyone come out. Clearly they had bigger fish to fry. When I asked for an estimate she told me $58/hr for a small residential project. Great, but how do I know about how long it might take? She said probably less than a day, but that they had nobody who would even come out and take a look at it to give me a proper estimate. She said there is no way to give a price before the job because there are just too many variables in a residential job. Wow - really? A team of 40 experts, according to their website, and NOBODY could possibly take a look at my job. I wasnt expecting today, but she said, "We dont just have people sitting around waiting to work." I never suggested that they did. But then she said, "We have more work than we can get to." Ok, why not just tell me that first? Im not a big enough project for you? But, a quote from their website says, "When it comes to your home, there is no job too small for us." Guess theyve never seen the myriad experts that say you should ALWAYS get several estimates, in writing, before the job. Complete apparently expects to just schedule an appointment to begin the work and pay later, with the homeowner having no idea what to expect. Seriously, how did they build the large business they have with that kind of attitude? Thanks, but I guess I might just do the job myself.

I had them come out to fix two problems I had. He was out here for about 33 minutes. Did not fix one thing. Actually told me to call another company because everything looked fine. Still have to pay the full hour of service for him doing absolutely nothing which is $58.80. I ended up calling the other company and they came out and worked their butt off on the same thing, complete electrical said was fine, because all the wires were completely ripped out of the box. He hadnt looked deep enough. So I ended up paying two bills. I do not recommend this company because most likely you are going to have to pay them for nothing and yet call another company to fix the problem. I tried to call to get a discounted bill because he recommended another company and didnt do anything. She said regardless of them fixing anything they have to pay their electricians and we have to pay them for coming out. So I guess they can just go to the house calls, do absolutely no work, and still get paid. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMPLETE ELECTRICAL SOLUTIONS!!!!

I have just had the best experience with the services provided technician Tim. I had another guy Gary Gilmore charge me $375.oo for problems with some outlets not working and a two lights that didnt work. never fixed anything. Within 20 minutes Tim had it solved. Connected a wire on a recently installed ceiling fan by me, then also installed a new GFI outlet in my bathroom and a outside outlet. 3 hours for labor charges $58 an hour. Best prices and very high quality work. Nice guy also

Great company to have do your electrical needs. Technician was to be a little late because of having worked late on emergency the night before and Bryan called and explained the delay before the time Kyle was to arrive. Kyle was very competent and a truly nice man. I would highly recommend this company and this tech. I would gladly use them again.

It is true that Complete Electrical Solutions charges an hourly rate but they are fair and were able to do all my requested repairs within a reasonable amount of time. The parts needed were reasonably priced. Appointments were flexible. Accept credit card. Would highly recommend.
