I would like to take this opportunity to express how unprofessional, stuffy and cold your staff was during the celebration of Jeremy Eulls life. Your staff was more concerned with children and cookie crumbs on the floor of your tiny 10 x10 coffee room then making sure the family needs were being attended to. I was horrified at the crudeness. Jeremy had over 300 individuals pass through your door to pay their respects and celebrate his life. How could your facility possibly expect all those people to remain within the small confines of your coffee room to drink their coffee. Your staff was shewing people into the coffee room! Honestly, you should be ashamed of your staff’s behavior in the face of this families’ grief and loss. I have received more kindness, empathy, and professionalism from a cable company customer support line then your staff showed the Eull family. I heard one of your staff complaining about having to stay late and clean the coffee room floor as she was darting dirty, stern looks at the guests. If the circumstances were different I can assure you my response wouldve been quick and she would have gone home ashamed and in tears. I hope youre able embrace this feedback and use it to make another families experience more welcoming during one of the worse days of their life.
