VERY DISAPPOINTING! The people working the services were simply RUDE! We were the ones paying for the services and quite frankly if my children want to touch their grandfathers hand or hair when saying good bye they should be able to without being scolded. We had alot of people coming and going throughout the 2 days. While adults were talking with each other kids would get together, orderly, and were then told that they needed to go to a playroom with the door shut until an adult comes to get them. We had alot of children (well behaved children) that were in and out of the services throughout the 2 days and the "workers" would follow them around, creating a VERY tense environment. These kids were not running around or being disrespectful in any manner. The "workers" acted more like baby sitters or jail guards. As far as pricing goes, they may be competative, we did not shop around, so we dont know. If you are in search of a funeral home that is going to warm, welcoming and sensative to a group or family that includes children I would suggest that you keep looking.

Over the past 10 years, I have had to work wtih many funeral homes and to date, I have not had as positive an experience as I had recently with you and your staff. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. I was treated with respect and if I made a suggestion or asked for something to be changed, it was done smoothly and without making me feel that I was being demanding or interfering. I was also impressed by the warmth and friendliness at the funeral chapel. Walking in, the layout was very nice but also very inviting and soothing. It was also nice to know that there was enough staff present, even with a small service, to deal with anything that may occur. I never had to go looking for anyone which was really nice. You and your staff are easily the best funeral folks I have worked with and I will recommend you to persons who ask for help in this area because I feel certain that they will be well cared for and treated with compassion.

It has been 5 months since my mom went to heaven. I was lost and confused about what to do when she passed suddenly. My first call was to Kozlak Radulovich and spoke with Nick. He explained what they offered and I said I would let him know. After a long day and unable to decide. Nick called me back just to make sure I was able to get arrangements made. I hadnt and I knew at that moment, that Kozlaks is where we should be. They did a wonderful job! They made the process so much easier to handle. They treated us like family in our time of grief. I cant thank them enough. I will recommend them over and over. Thank you Nick and the the Kozlak Radulovich family of employees. I will forever be grateful for all that you did. Amazing! Thank you so much for the wonderful services you and your staff provided for our Dads funeral. You did an outstanding job and we really appreciate it. During a time of great sadness, especially for our mother, everything from the visitation, the service and the burial went very smoothly. You arranged and gave us this opportunity to reflect on and celebrate our fathers life. We wish you, your family and staff all the best.

Danielle and her staff were great to work with. They really helped us get through a very difficult time. They were all so kind and treated us like family. Their patience and flexibility made planning our Mothers service so easy and best of all we were all able to focus on saying good bye rather than all the details.

The funeral home was nice, but the staff, especially the older gentlemen in charge, was very rude, uncompassionate, trying to rush people to leave the cemetery before we had a chance to talk to family members.
