Worst haircut Ive ever gotten. I reached out to Fantastic Sams to advise them of the problem and they defended her actions and offered to have another stylist fix my hair, except she shaved up my head, so there is nothing that can be done with that. She gave me a scissor cut, but only wet the right side of my head, cut the left side dry, cut the right way shorter than the left, then as she was blending it, she took down another inch on the left to fix it. She took my neckline up at least an inch and a half too far and it was visably crooked upon leaving. I returned to have her straighten that out, further raising the neckline up. There was a large patch left long on the top of my head I had to have a family member trim, and a patch not buzzed on my left. As mentioned, I contacted Sams and they said that stylist had 10 years of experience, and was doing everything correctly. They did offer to have another stylist fix any problems i had, but since too much hair was removed, it cannot be fixed. I said if they wanted to give me credit for a different location, I would accept that instead. No reply. Not going back to this location, they have way too high of a turn over and cant keep any of the great stylists there. Always amateur students.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Went in and there were 3 women stylists free and i was told there was an hour wait. Not a big deal, it happens. So I left and came back. When I got back an hour later I waited another 15 minutes while the same 3 stylists stood around talking. They had the worst conversation about pizza and what they had done the other night yadda yadda yadda. I finally get paired with a stylist named tracy. Word of advice, avoid her at all costs. I specifically asked for a certain haircut and she either didnt understand English or just felt like giving whatever haircut she wanted. No exaggeration I asked for the top shorter over and over and she almost refused to cut it. I literally had to tell her "no, that looks nothing like what I asked for" I had even shown her a picture of the cut I wanted and she just nodded and continued not cutting it that way. Awful. I would never ever go back to this fantastic sams. I guess I should have known when all the stylists had terrible hair that I was in for a treat.

I was referred to this location by a friend since I work in the area and he had nothing but good things to say about his stylist, Peach. Sure enough, it was the haircut experience of a lifetime and my new doo looked so great it brought a tear to my eye! Upon leaving the salon, it was like a scene out of a zombie movie. Hordes of people, both men and women couldnt resist this amazing piece of art that was my new hairstyle and their heads all turned in sync to stare at Peachs great masterpiece. As the droves of people enthralled by my haircut started blocking the path to my getaway car, my years of ninja training kicked in and I was able to tuck and roll into the drivers seat and pull out of the parking lot, driving away to safety. It was the greatest salon experience of my life and if you go visit Peach, you can have your very own masterpiece atop your head. 10/10 would visit this location again.

I went to Fantastic Sams because I was having issues with my current stylist. I was setup with Hilary, and she was fantastic. She was very personable, efficient and had great recommendations for what I should do with my hair. She showed me ideas of what she thought we should do and aided me in choosing the best style for me. I felt like I was in good hands with Hilary and cant wait to continue to go back to her time and time again. She is a very talented stylist and does a fantastic job. For the first time in years I knew what it felt like to have a haircut & color that looks great and makes you feel even better.

I have been following a specific stylist for years. Her name is Peach and shes amazing! She does everything a stylist should do for her clients and proceeds to go above and beyond to please all her clients. She listens to what her client wants, and not only does it perfectly, but provides her services with a smile. If you wanted a cut and a color, she gives a scalp massage while washing your hair. At a reasonable price, she provides excellent service at this location. I recommend her to every one I talk to! Shes worth the trip.

With the economy as it is, I decided to try out the Fantastic Sams near my home. What a wonderful surprise! I was able to get my hair cut and colored for less than 1/2 the price, and it looks fabulous! The person I saw was Kelly, and she was very experienced with coloring, having worked in the industry for over nine years. I would highly recommend this salon to any and all. Great prices and fabulous service! Plus, you can just walk in without an appointment! Perfect!!

I had a horrible experience were all just sitting around on there phone I waited there 30 min before I had enough and left to go to the one in Eden Praire had a awesome experience there. Also the owner of the business is not a customer is always right type of person he/she will respond to you and basically say that you were wrong in your experience

I am currently the manager at this location. I have learned so much from my franchise owner. He is very professional and really cares about the guest having a positive experience. The stylist are awesome, they are on top of things. I met a lot good people that live in West Bloomington that have been coming to our salon for years.

I just had the worst haircut of my life. I gave the lady a picture and even tried having my girlfriend explain how to do it and she still ended up giving me a lop sided uneven bowl cut. I never go to someone other than my stylist and this one time I figured it would be fine and it turned out horrible.

I had a great experience at this location last month. I asked to have a stylist who was good at short hair. Right away the receptionist suggested Tammy, and she was right. Tammy did an absolutely wonderful job on my short hair. I am going back for another cut shortly.

Really was greeted by a new young lady whom said she was new manager black lady, very rude, seen like she is very much in in the wrong business, seen like she was just ready to go home. No smile. Just rude. Wouldnt have trusted her to do my hair.bad attitude

What did I like about Sams...Nothing. They locked their doors 10 min Prior to closing and I would have been the only customer in there. (IN and Out Buzz cut, 10 min tops). Its unfortunate because I tip well. Their loss.

Sonja gives a good cut! Just explain what youd like and she gets it done. People get upset when they dont give good directions and then their hair isnt how they like it. She cut it exactly like I asked!
