Horrible experience. Went in with a pic of below there shoulder length hair with longer layers. Came out with my hair being above my shoulder. I hate short hair and I told her that. I also told her that I wanted it cut just below the shoulder. She clearly didnt care what I wanted. Just kept making comments about how she hopped I was the last cut and no one else came. I was there an hour before closing. HORRIBLE CUT AND SERVICE! I cant even go somewhere else to have it fixed because its so short I wwouldnt want to go any sshorte. Looking into getting extensions now :(

I asked for shoulder length, got chin length! Paid for and sat through "highlights". I showed her TWO different pictures of what I wanted my color to look like - 4 shades lighter and streaky. After a half day at work with no one commenting, I started asking people. No one could even tell!!! She asked me THREE times how I wear my hair. Paying attention is essential in this business! I wish I could get my tip back!!!

This place should be very ashamed of how they treated my friends son who happens to have special needs and in a wheel chair! !!!!! I will never set foot into this place and will be making sure i let everyone know how rude they were and how uncomfortable they made my friend feel. Shame on you.

Always have a good experience here. Whenever I need a quick end trim, its always done fast and easy. Only one other time I had a moody girl but that was nearly a year ago. Everyone is generally really nice here!

I have been there many times, and typically get my haircut here. They do a good job, at a good price. My only complaint is that sometimes you have to wait, even when there are not alot of customers.

I asked for a specific haircut and instead ended up getting a weird dutch boy hair cut, on top of that there were large chunks in the back not cut......the worst butchering of hair imaginable.

This is the best fantastic Sams Ive ever been too. The girls are so nice. Sometimes theres a long wait but its worth it. Ive had almost all the girls do my hair and they all rock!

The fact that I dont have eyebrows anymore is not the only reason I gave one star. She got wax all over my face, in my hair, and as I left bawling my eyes out still had me pay.
