I went there with my girls today, and my daughter wanted a pixie/updated bob and her hairstylist didnt do that and right when she started blow drying her hair I stopped her and told her this isnt what she asked for and doesnt look anything like the picture, I asked my daughter right there if what she did was ok or she wanted it like the picture, my daughter replied like the picture and hairstylist went and spoke to the manager and manager said I needed to be charged for them to fix it as a second haircut. I stopped he as soon as she started blow drying, and now I was being charged for her mistake?! Horrible customer service, manager didnt come up to me to explain or appologize. I decided not to be charged a second time and paid for the one haircut I never asked for and left.

My daughter came in with overly processed hair. It is dark brown and she has been bleaching it and dying it red at aveda for over a year. We spent a ton of money and the color never lasted more than a month before it looked shabby. She is mixed so finding someone that understands her hair texture can be difficult. She went to see Naomi today. Her words are she "feels like a new person".. "I do not look like me, & all my dead ends are gone". It is great to see my daughter love her hair. Thanks Naomi

I wish i could no star rank this place. THIS IS A PLACE TO NEVER DYE OR CUT HAIR. MEN OR CHILDERN. I ASKED THEM TO DYE MY HAIR, SILVER. THE "HAIR STYLIST" MADE MY HAIR A VERY NASTY GREEN. CUT MY HUSBANDS HAIR WRONG. WHEN I GOT THE "HAIR SYTLIST" WAS FINISHED WASHING MY HAIR. SHE DIDNT EVEN BLOW DRY IT OUT. AND THEY CHARGED ME 300 DOLLARS FOR MY GREEN HAIR. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. OR BETTER MANGEMENT!

Awful. When I told them what the prices were on line, they basically said, we do not honor the prices on line or they were not updated. I am a senior citizen, and can not pay their outrageous prices and much more than, was posted on line. I will not go back there. Rude!!

For years, this has been the only place we go. Nancy owns a few locations and is the sweetest person. My daughter and wife are both going back today. They have helped us with mens hair boys girls and women. Everything from a simple cut, to full color.

Was told that it will be a 45 minutes wait, they ask me is that ok, I can go run some errors and come back, I told them sound good I will come back, when I came back I still have to wait 40 more minutes, leaving with out a hairs cut July 1st 2015

I dont like how they rush through haircuts. They could do a better job of they slowed down a little. It always seems like one side gets cut a little off so be vigilant.

Went there to get a simple trim with maybe 2-3 inches off. I asked for no layers. End up leaving with layers and 5.5 inches off my hair. Will not be returning.

Typical hair salon for me. Im going bald, so I keep my hair very short. They offer a wide range of services, but most I have no need of interest in.

Prices are too high and senior discounts are only available at limited times. I dont want a shampoo, so why cant I get a haircut only orice?
