Worst service I have EVER had. The last 2 times we have tried to get haircuts! I tried to get a haircut today, checked in, girl said about an hour and a half, I returned in about an hour and 20 minutes. Three customers left, no one was called back to get haircuts...in fact no one even acknowledged I was there, so after a half an hour I went to the desk, after 5 min. she finally approached me, I was told it would be yet another 15 minutes, she didnt even apologize! (There was a person who checked in AFTER me that came out.) Unbelievable! 2 hours and 15 minutes! (I also had an Autistic child with me who was getting restless.) I will NOT be returning EVER and I will be sharing this experience with EVERYONE I know! WORST SERVICE EVER!

Ive gone to fantastic Sams for years, but will never think about stepping foot in another one EVER again. The worst customer service Ive ever gotten during a haircut, especially when she sighed in disgust when I asked for a shampoo. I didnt pay much attention to the cut because I was so distracted by the service. When I got home I realized she didnt trim one side of the top of my head. It was about an inch longer on the left side. Also, she never cleaned up the back neck line and around my ears. It looked terrible, and I am definitely not picky about my hair. I tipped her $3 and I really wish I would have thrown the $3 in the trash instead of giving it to her.

I saw Ali and she New exactly what She needed to do. I told her I wanted bob cut. I had long hair almost to my hip. I wish I had found someone like her (HER,)..lol..years ago and I wouldnt of been so unhappy with my hair most of my life. Then we donated my hair to Locks of Love foundation! That made for a perfect day. 6 weeks later Im hoping to get in this week! Ali...you helped me more than you know

I went in yesterday for a cut. I provided a picture of the type of bob I was looking for. The stylist was very polite but had no idea what she was doing. My hair was cut way too short and the back is completely butchered. I have chunks of hair at all different lengths in the back of my head. It is so short I cant even hid it by wearing it up. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!

Stopped in for a wax to find it was wax Wednesday! $10 for one area, $15 for two, and $20 for three areas. Only this location has that special. Every day there is a deal on different services. I had three areas done perfectly and was out in 15 minutes! Everyone was sweet and happy. First time going to Fantastic Sams and will return.

Stopped in today to see about having my hair done and they were rude beyond words. I get that it was later in the day but they did not need to be rude about it, they could have just said "sorry but we wont have time today could we maybe set something for another day". I wont waste my time running here again!

Go somewhere else! We sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes before anyone greeted us only to tell us they dont have time to cut our hair. Came back and our cuts were completely uneven and had to get it fixed somewhere else!! Dont waste your time or money. Horrible customer service.

Dani P and Tammi are awesome! Always get so many compliments on my hair! They both take their time and do a fantastic job! Very very happy with them. Dani P. especially is extremely talented and very friendly. could not be happier with my hair.

Danielle (the manager) is incredible!! She makes the impossible, possible!! I live up in mora and make the commute just for her and its worth it everytime! If you ever need a cut or dye stop in at their salon!!! Its FANTASTIC!
