I dropped off my shirt yesterday early that I needed for an important work function tonight. They promise same day in by 9 and I was way ahead of that. When I stopped in to pick it up today they said it was held over for extra treatment (it had been in storage for a while) and that they had "left me a message" I had no such message and zero extra time today. I now have to talk to my boss about getting time away later in the day to go get the shirt that I was promised would be done end of day yesterday. I was given no choice in the extra cleaning needed or even proper feedback until I arrived at the store to pick up my shirt.

Initially I was upset as to the loss of shirts purchased for my husband. I was contacted by the store manager, Angie, and she found them and went out of her way to make things right. I am pleased she was able to locate the shirts and turnaround my initial feelings regarding this store.
