Wow how elaborate for MTM cleaners. I initially came in for having something cleaned seeing their mens shirts were only $1.85 a piece but it was just an uncomfortable feeling and poor service I had received that made me reevaluate continuing the transaction. Then I did a little research on MTM. Specifically reviews and others experiences. If its your first time many seemed true. From Google to Yelp the overall is avoid. What I found amazing was on Yelp some individuals had such a terrible experience and created Yelp accounts to write one bad review. Needless to say they may be bad. Then you look at the good review on here from Elza B. and it was evident that they wrote positive ones on both MTM reviews. Its also clear that the owners dont know how to respect or respond to their clients unhappiness. Even more concerning is the number of BBB complaints flied. If its true that so many former employees dont like the place across all locations be worrisome. Finally the claims on awards it seems thats all MTM wants to live by. I personally couldnt back up these claims I couldnt find them online. This was just a few minutes of research on MTM. To be devils advocate the review from Brenda B.S. (Brinkman-Smith) IS a competitor just a mile away at Amazing Alterations in Anoka. Be an educated cleaner. Cheers.

Wow.... Judging by the reviews and reputation that this dry cleaning business has and the response from the owner to practically almost every review posted from dissatisfied customers, its safe to say that whoever the owner is at MTM Cleaners has a lot of growing up to do.For starters, Customers fight a lot to have their rights respected. Yet many companies hide behind policies or some invalid logic that is not in the customer’s interests. Can you blame them? No. Great customer service results in a reduction of overall problems.By treating your customers like gold, youll have less and less overall problems associated with your business, generated sales and the potential for any legal issues that might arise. But if you keep treating your customers poorly and responding to them in a rude, disparaging and condescending tune , I can assure you that at one point or another, it can lead to the overall demise of your business.

Im actually surprised with the reviews. I thought MTM is wonderful. My husband took his dry cleaning there and I did tailoring and dry cleaned my winter coats. We started at Champlin, followed them to Maple Grove (we used to live in Maple Grove). The owners are wonderful. We are sad that they are now so far away and we needed to find new tailor and dry cleaners.

Horrible experience! They lost my dress, tried to give my a different dress, and refused to cover any expense even the $14.95 cleaning charge. Tatiana was very rude, unwilling to make the situation right. Its a no wonder that their sister store in Champlin closed! Word of mouth is very powerful and I will have no problem spreading the word!

I had the worst experience this morning. The attendant had the please of telling me "You have attitudes..." "It is my business..." Maybe I will survey other options after this. 11:10. She read my review and she has called me stating she is not going to do my cloths. Heading there to pick them. What a pleasant day with MTM.

My experience at the Anoka Dry Cleaners last week was awesome! I was under a time limited to get my cross-stitch dry cleaned in time to have it framed for my nephews wedding. I found them very easy to work with and I was impressed with how clean and sharp it looked. They had it done on time. Thanks, Liz

PLEASE NEVER GO TO MTM CLEANERS &, TAILORS IN ANOKA. was lied to, by an employee by the name of Tanya. This was a disrespectful experience and, extremely unprofessional. bad customer service. over priced. They have you pre-pay which is ridiculous. will never, in any circumstances go there again.

My first thought was that my garage was cleaner and more up to date. They had screwed up all my shirts the collars were so bad I had to take them to another cleaners when I got to where I was going. If you have any expensive clothing DO NOT take them here.

Abruptly closes maple grove location, just like all the other locations this business owner has had. Poor customer service. Beware and Take your items before this last location also closes without a notice!

Unannounced closure of maple grove. Took all the maple grove clothes to Anoka. Everyone told to drive to Anoka if they wanted their clothes. Unbelievable disregard for customers
