While Ive never had a particularly bad experience with Vogue Cleaners on E. Sunshine, this one on S. Fremont is the one to avoid. On separate occasions, they failed to iron a dress that I specifically dropped off to be ironed, a sewing job that I hired their seamstress to do was subpar, and they lost my blouse. They just lost track of it. Of course, a claim ticket was never offered me (they just took my name and number) when I dropped off my blouse. I had regularly questioned this way of checking in clothes there but never made a big fuss about it, because theyd always done a good job of keeping track of my stuff over the years...until they didnt. So now, I just go to the other Vogue location as well as other dry cleaners in the area. Whichever cleaners you use, though, always--always ask for a claim ticket for your stuff even if youre a long-time customer, like I was.

Worked for this company for only 2 days yes it is an extremely fast paced and hot place to work and i understood that and what came with it yes I was grateful for the opportunity to go back to work after not having a job in over a decade I kept up I did my job but I still got fired because as I was told Im overweight I get red faced and to sweaty to continue and was giving the choice to finish out my day or leave right then... As this was said in front of the other workers I was embarrassed and I left crying ... So why did I get hired? I never got paid either so no I do not recommend this place to work at or to take your clothes to get done as I seen behind the scenes and yuck

LOST not once but four times and again TODAY!! What is so troubling is I pay for their dry cleaning and then double in GAS to go back when they find them. I would suggest if your fond of your clothing and want them back find a place with accountability for their business.

Lost my sport coat. Took no responsibility for it. I was a 20 year customer! They wont see another dime from me.
