I retrieved a dress shirt from my closet to wear for the day, observed a burn spot on the crease in the right arm! I took the shirt back to the cleaners, to have them look at the spot. The young woman at the desk stated that she didnt deal with those issues and would send it back through. Reluctantly, I said okay. I asked to pick up the other shirt that I had there. Upon her retrieving the shirt from the rack, there was a very large (3 inches in length by 1 inch wide) burn spot on the crease in the right arm. Again, I asked the young woman about this and she stated she would send it back. The "Owner/Manage" who never returned my phone call, ( I finally reached him four days later) was NOT receptive at all to my complaint. He stated that it just could not have happened in his process. DO NOT take anything to Comet that you want to come back in the same piece!

might be a little cheaper but not worth it. Didnt get a single light stain out of my wifes winter coat and both of my suits ended up with huge holes in them. They wont do anything about it. Now I have 2 $350 suits that are useless. Manager was not even slightly receptive to dealing with the issue. "Wasnt his problem". I dont know how I could possibly have torn both of my suits that were picked up from the cleaners and hung up in the closet never taken out of the plastic bag. AVOID COMET Cleaners

I hated it there, first I was 2nd in line and the lady behind the counter and the customer where takeing forever because the lady behind the counter just didnt seem to know what she was doing. This was probley 2-3 months ago. So I turned around and walked out, I didnt have time for them to chat. Also not to mention the lady behind the counter looked like she was on drugs, her mouth was moving weird and she was just weird with sores. Thanks

Best. I have been going to comet for 4 years now. Always gets stains out, only twice did a shirt come back and the spit still there but they were more than happy to send it through again. Though the manager isnt very receptive the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Wouldnt go to a different cleaners.

Poor customer service. Not only did they not clean my clothing in the amount of time they said they would, my pants all smelled bad. Besides that, its a nice place.

Only thing worse than the product is the awful employees/owner. This guy can kick rocks.
