I liked the idea of a laundromat that offered coffee, video games, and free wi-fi to pass the time; so I decided to try The Daily Wash out. All of the machines were in working order when I was there, and seemed to be well-maintained. The place feels a bit cramped; I was constantly trying not to run into people as I navigated through the place. I wasnt surprised by the prices for a two- or three-load washer; however, I was dismayed by the cost of the dryers, 27 minutes for $1.00. There are several laundromats in town where $1.00 will give you 45 minutes. I wouldve overlooked these cons for the purpose of convenience, the laundromat is really close to my apartment, but the owner prominently displays photos retrieved from her security cameras of people committing various criminal acts in the laundromat. First, these photos dont make me feel confident that this is a safe place to do my laundry after dark. Second, if a person has been apprehended by police for committing a serious crime, its unlikely that the same person will return to the establishment; making it unnecessary to write the persons name, type of crime, and scathing remarks on the photo(s). Third, given the number of photos on display, the photos do not deter criminal behavior; they seem to be a means for the owner to vent about the criminal behavior. Fourth, it sure didnt make me feel comfortable or welcome since I was afraid of committing some infraction (like accidentally bumping a stuffed animal) that would irritate the owner enough to post my photo with some kind of scathing remark.

This place is filthy and the washers are moldy. I attempted to do laundry in my night of until the owner showed up. She was falling all over customers and the machines. She is either on pills or drunk out of her mind. She berated me for doing my laundary. She yelled at me and told me to never return because I put a comforter in a washer that stated it fit 2.5 loads of laundary. She said she was calling the police on me as she walked around talking about me but her phone was on camera mode with no call in place. The chager was even plugged in to the bottom of the phone while she carried around the block. The signs all over the place should have been a warning that crazy runs this. I never write reviews.

They will try to have your car towed while you are doing lundrey by affordable towing if the tow truck driver would have looked in the front see he would have see the lundrey soap and dryer sheets and came in to ask before trying to make a quick buck I have been going there for over a 2 years the girls working there are rude and snotty the redhead has here wanta be biker boyfriend trying to be a bouncer that all he is good for is running his mouth the owner seems nice now on that note her manager that fill the machinesis just as bad as the girls that work there I will never go back there and would hope no body else does eather

Rude and the place is a dump. My boyfriend and I brought our laundry here today. He went out to get something from the car and i asked him from the dooe if he could bring me a pen. I was going to do some work while we waited. When i went back inside the lady working said to her friend that some people bring clothes to do laundry. It was unnecessary and rude considering.. i did bring my clothes which were currently in the wash. I would suggest any other place. Theres a really nice laundromat with wifi over by martys sports bar..very clean, has a bathroom, lovely attendant, free wifi, and free coffee

24 hr is convenient being a truck driver. The lady who was working when we came in just before 9pm was very friendly and helpful. Debated coming cuz it seemed small. But its not bad at all right now. I would definitely come back if I have laundry to do at weird hours. And people complaining about the signs, I myself think theyre hilarious. And its not a bad place to do your laundry at night. Some of the people are questionable, but Ive had no issues.

Cramped, expensive, the smell of old urine in some parts of the room. Stuffed animals placed everywhere as well as signs stating how your every move is recorded visually and audibly. Located right next to a bar, owned by someone who publicly shames people who break their rules. A couple questionable 5/5 reviews with no comments amidst a sea of others who disagree, with their experiences and thoughts outlined here. 1/10

Quick to get in and out, open 24/7. On-site change machine thats functional. Low-cost washers available, you can do a load for $2.75. Detergent available on-site for 75¢. Debit card cash back available on-site from 8AM to 5PM most days, and from the nearby gas stations all other times.

I can go anytime of the night, not a bad area, there are always washers n dryers available, theres magazines, a coin game, a money change mach and I think a TV! Store very close too and they used to have Wi-Fi, couldnt get on last time. Sandy

Threw our laundry in, and was getting some work done on my vehicle. Took a little longer than I thought so I called them, and they made sure no one had took the laundry. I know they didnt need to do that, but they did. Awesome people!

I love this place. The owners are great people. I have been washing at their facilities for years. They are open 24hrs/7 days a wk. They have also upgraded their washer to the new LG front loaders. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The washer I used didnt even spin out. And it was the one thats 3.25. so now Im having to spend more then what I usually do on the dryers because my clothes were still soaking wet. I will be going to a different laundry mat

The daily wash is the cheapest I have found (The big dryer is a quarter for around ten minutes! Fits six loads... Full dryer=$1...Other places an industrial dryer would be $8 or more). Its open twenty four seven!

two white woman forced my car door opened , talking about reporting me to the police because I got quarters saying its stealing I would not recommend going to their laundry matt ever they are unprofessional

This is by far best place to do laundry in Springfield.They are open all night, very clean and they have huge washer. Also the lady who works there actually helped me carry laundry in and was very helpful.

Dryers dont work very good. Its really crowded, opened the dryer door and could smell a strong propane smell. Dont ever come here. Its not worth it.

Only place ill take my clothes cause its the cleanest laundromat in town. Ive personally saw staff sanitizing washers while i was there.
