11-4-11 I called & was quoted price of $15 to clean wedding dress. On 11-9-11 I took dress in & again was quoted $15. On 11-28-11 when I went to pick up my dress I was told $50. I was told that the girl had made a mistake when she quoted me that price. She told me I would have to talk to the owner which I did (the female) she told me she was sorry that the girl made a mistake & that she changed the price herself. I asked why she did not call me before changing the price & she said she assumed that it would be OK. She was willing to only charge me $40. I told her no & she asked if I wanted her to take it out of her employees check. I told her that if she was that kind of employer that she would be the one to have to sleep with that decision & that I was going back to the store to get my dress & that I would pay the $15 I was quoted ( I have my tag with my name & phone # which clearly states Wedding Dress $15 with sales tax $1.24)When I went back to the store the employee met my boyfriend as he got out of the driver’s side & I was walking around to her & stated that it would be $50 if we wanted the dress & not to make her call the cops. I told her not to worry that I would call them myself. Officer Presley & another officer arrived & advised me that he could not make her give me my dress for the $15 I was quoted. He advised me to get an attorney & take it to small claims court. While I was there with the police I asked to call the owner again but she sent her husband to the phone. He said that he would come down to $30 but no more that he couldnt just clean it for free. I told him I was not asking them to do it for free but if they would have called me I would have never agreed to $50. After I was back at home I called & talked to the female Carrie again & told her that she was leaving me no choice but to hire an attorney & take this matter to small claims court & that I would be asking for reimbursement of attorney fees also. She still refused to return my dress to me for the $15 I was quoted. By the way this is the drycleaner that I have used for the past 2 1/2 yrs that I have lived in Conway & have never had any problems until this. All the employees I have dealt with have been nice until this day. I will not be using them ever again after the way both of the owners (Mr. & Mrs. Pierce) have handled this

Reckless, careless, and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. I took a new job where Im required to dress nicely. Ive never had to have clothes dry-cleaned before. I chose Quality Cleaners for my first experience. I wish I hadnt. I picked my clothes up a few days after drop off. I put my pants on the next day. They were WAY too tight. Before I took them in, they were my favorite pair. I tried my shirt on and the sleeves were WAY too short. I took them back to see what could be done. They made some explanations of what could have happened and offered to try again. I agreed. When got them back the second time, same result. I went back to have the issue resolved. The young lady at the front informed me that the owners were on vacation and there was nothing she could do. I asked her to have them call me because I really needed my pants and shirt (I only had two of each. This left me with one outfit.). After not hearing from them, I called up there. She told me that the owners were on vacation and there was nothing they could do. I would have to wait over a week for them to get back. I waited the time. I went up there this morning (7/10/17) and the owner refused to take responsibility and accused me of gaining weight (in two days time) and of my arms growing in my sleep. I will not be returning here and would recommend that others find somewhere else to go as well.

Fair prices! UCA Discount of 15% off if you show your UCA ID; so whats not to love about that!! They cleaned my comforter that was dingy white and made it look new again. Also, I like that I can have same day service Mon-Fri :)
