I called in advance to Model Cleaners to get a price for cleaning a queen comforter. I took it in knowing there was no guarantee, possible batting would clump. Ok, but thought for the price I would give it a try. When I went to pick it up they charged me more. No reason just that was the price they put on it. Dont like doing business with someone like that. Charge is the charge, dont change your mind in mid cleaning.....

TERRIBLE quality: Model Cleaners ruined a well-made jacket by tearing open its seams. (This same jacket had been cleaned twice before elsewhere with no problem.) Unless you dont mind having your clothes destroyed, dont let Model Cleaners touch them.

Go somewhere else; all dry cleaners offer pretty much the same service. VERY unfriendly staff, almost mean!
