They ruined my velvet party dress. I am not a professional dry cleaner and even I know not to press velvet. Worse than that, they refused to honor the policy at the bottom of the ticket, which states reimbursement up to 10 times the cost of cleaning. They should have reimbursed me $75; they offered $30. I returned later to speak with the manager and he offered me $40. I countered and asked for the remainder in dry cleaning coupons; he declined the offer. Its bad enough they ruined my dress, but then they refused to honor their own policy to make amends. Thats customer service at its worst!

I brought my clothing to be dry cleaned. They had it ready for me to pick up when I needed it! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their items dry cleaned! Distance is not bad either. My item looks fresh and perfect just like the day I bought it!
