This place is terrible, Im never coming back. I arrived at around 9:55 in the evening tonight thinking they had extended hours. The lights were on, I saw a customer inside folding their clothes, and the front door was propped open, so I assumed the place was open. I walked to the change dispenser, and as I was collecting my quarters, the manager (owner)/whoever was working tonight, walked up to me and said "we close at 11 but you cant wash after 10." I said "Oh, I didnt know that, I thought there were extended hours." Thats all that needed to be said, but no, the woman went on and said "well you cant wash after 10, cant you see the signs? Theres one here and over there." Are you serious? All you had to say was "sorry honey, were closed" and that wouldve been the end of the conversation. But no, she went out of her way to be rude to a customer. Im in disbelief about the level of rudeness I experienced at a COIN LAUNDROMAT. Like someone else who posted a review about the owner being arbitrarily rude, I experienced the same thing and Im sure it was the same person. Unbelievable. But then again, I guess I would be bitter too if my life consisted of running a laundromat.

This place absolutely SUCKS! I have dropped off loads on multiple occasions with them and had clothes returned to me nicely folded in plastic bags, but unfortunately, they still had damp items in them!! By the time the bags were opened, the damp items turned to nasty, foul smelling, moldy items. When I brought this issue up to the manager I was basically told "Sorry, thats too bad"... You know what else is too bad? That I will never return! Also, as a man of principle, I feel it necessary to let as many people know as I possibly can that the service sucks! PLEASE, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CLOTHES, SHEETS, PILLOWS, or ANYTHING ELSE YOU MIGHT BRING HERE...THINK AGAIN!!! How hard can it be to properly do some laundry? Seems like an easy question...but unfortunately, the folks here have NO CLUE!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE...WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!

The dryers dry. The washers wash just fine. Super reasonable pricing. Its a laundry mat, not mommys laundry room, spoiled hipsters. Staff was completely polite and kind to me. Maybe it was because I didnt show up 5 minutes before washing machine closing, acting entitled. I called ahead. Pricing was super reasonable. I was so happy how convenient the location was. There is a bus stop, and a gas station right there. They dont wipe your ass, but the washing machines and dryers work just fine. What kind of an entitled hipster uses the word "arbitrarily" in a coin laundry mat review, shows up 5 minutes before washing close, and complains staff was rude? No wonder she was sharp to you. She was very nice to me, and I am happy to have clean clothes. The dryers dry. The washers wash. I was concerned about this because of the other reviews.

I seldom leave reviews but this place is the absolute worst. Please do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. This was my first time here. I came to use a commercial washer for my comforter, and I wish I had never set foot in this place. The staff is rude and inattentive. There are no clear instructions on how to use their machines, and if you make a mistake and put in the wrong amount or the wrong settings, good luck because youre not going to get any help from the people who work here. Considering how high the prices are and how the old and dirty the place is, Im surprised its still in business. I wish I was exaggerating but believe me when I say that this is not a business you want to patronize.

The older lady with the brown hair that works there was extremely rude to me. There is a sign that says free WiFi, I asked her how to access it and she had the absolute WORST attitude. Just put in 3 loads of clothes....there is a large sign that says FREE WIFI and you have a problem with me trying to use it? Never giving this place my money again.

I went to other laundromats that had higher ratings before coming here. This place is by far my favorite. Its close to where I live, affordable, and simple. They dont take cards, but have quarter machines and can provide change as needed. A few nice, genuine ladies work here depending on the time of day.

I havent used a coin laundry in quite a while but it seems time that $3 a load to wash and only 5 minutes per quarter to dry seems awfully high..... Otherwise it was more or less like every other laundromat Ive been to.

Its clean and there is always a helpful friendly attendant on duty. Wifi is free and they will, also, do your laundry for a small fee.
