3 pair of pants vanished? I dropped off my dry cleaning. Requested that the dress shirts be starched heavy and the casual shirt with no starch. I picked my dry cleaning up the next week. As I was picking it up, a woman initially rang me up at $134.00. I heard the man say "he had some pants too" figuring that they were still looking for the pants I went ahead and took what was laid out, to my car. I came back in and she said the total due was only $74.00. Thinking that she had over rang me and the pants was in the middle off all the shirt I placed in my car...I went ahead and paid. I got home and realized there were no pants. I went back the next morning to ask about the pants. The owner said himself, "yea I thought you had some pants" - So clearly we both KNOW I dropped the pants off. As they looked for a few minutes I was told that I needed to give them my number and they will call me IF they find them. I never received a call back. So, I called back to ask if they have found the 3 pair of pants. A young lady put me on hold and told me I needed to call back when the owner is in. I have used dry cleaners for years. I have never had any missing clothing. I can understand a mix up on how certain clothes are pressed and starched ...but lost? Im livid.

I dropped off 2 down comforters and was told to come back in a week. I did and they couldnt find my stuff and told me to come back again next week. I did and they gave me someones number to call, but said that they SHOULD be in by this Saturday, I waited another 2 weeks, showed up again and they immediately asked "well, did you call him!?" No, I didnt call him, give me my comforters! "Well theyre not here. But come back here and take a look" I walk back find them on the floor and still dirty. I took them somewhere else and they were cleaned in 24 hours. The worst thing about it, is that these people acted like it was MY incompetence that caused all of this. I dropped off my stuff to you, the dry cleaners. If I wanted to call some other guy 10 times, I wouldve just dropped it off to him! This place is a joke! its a miracle they keep anything straight.

Left one Canali dress shirt from my order then wasted countless hours of my time trying to have them locate or replace the item over the course of several months at which point they implied that I lied about the item and refused to replace it. They have a documented history of losing more expensive items which you can find with a quick Google search. Save yourself the time/money and go elsewhere.

This was a horrible experience. They did not return half of my clothes to me. Turns out that they sold them because "I did not pick them up". WTF, they did not return them to me when I went to pick them up. Would not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone.

Wonderfull people!!! Fast, easy and friendly. I went there to get a button repositioned, I was in and out in 4 minutes. They didnt even charge me. Will be going back.

FYI open til 6 pm during the week. This isnt a "fine" dry cleaning service but theyre good enough for regular use and theyre polite, affordable and convenient.
