I went on a weekday during afternoon hours. It wasnt very busy about 4 people.The place is dirty which is surprising bc it is only a year old. I may have high standards bc it was my first time at a laundry mat. The laundry attendant was cussing out a customer when I arrived. She followed the customer to her car screaming obscenities the whole time. She mocked the customers "beat up" car and physical appearance. She made fun of every single thing "wrong" with the customer. A random man tried to stop the fight but she wouldnt stop. She said she didnt give an eff about her job. After the customer drove away she got on her phone and went behind the building. A customer inside the building was complaining on the phone very loudly about her bleep bleep guy that she didnt want to assist him in buying a gun. She was using every curse word possible to describe her "no good" man. Once my laundry was done I ran out the door. I wrote management and never got a response back. If you go make sure to bring headphones and really loud music. Try not to piss off the attendant on duty.

Just moved to Nashville to discover that the washer/dryer from the initial house viewing were NOT included -- whaaaaaat!!! Soap Opry Laundry helped me out of this bind. I popped in at 7AM and was immediately greeted by a man named Phil - a warm and welcoming presence for a boy with nothing but a pocket full of change and bag full of dirty clothes. Needless to say, this place is legit. Maybe even too legit. Too legit to stop. Too legit to quit. 10/10 would launder here again.

If you care about your clothes do NOT use their wash and fold Service!!! These guys did not follow my instructions and obviously washed my delicate in hot and didnt line dry them either because all my lace undergarments are ruined! You cannot put lace in the dryer! They also ruined my alma mater sweat shirt, that now has huge hole in the left pocket. I told then to wash all my clothes on cold, pretreat, separate whites, colors and delicates

Hands down, the best laundromat in Middle Tennessee! The owner is kind, and incredible helpful. The facilities are impeccably clean and the prices are reasonable. Wi-Fi internet is fast and free! Tons of comfortable seating and even a childrens area for the kiddos. If youre in a bind and need an alternative, this is the place. Or if you need a regular laundromat., this is it! Do not let the address scare you!

Excellent laundry. Phil and Carol were really friendly and helpful, and the setup was great - clean, lots of machines, folding tables and sitting areas, fast WiFi and heaps of space. Look out for the USA and world maps showing where visitors come from.

Extremely clean and plenty of area to make your laundry experience a more pleasant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I love the security and feel safe there... whether day or night. I must say that on Sundays the place is quite busy...

It was quite with lots of machines. Its the only place nearby (that I know of) with REALLY large machines. They have one washer that is supposed to accommodate ten pounds of clothes. Reasonably priced. They also offer a wash and fold service.

Nicest laundromat youll find in the area. Plenty of seating and the wifi is quick. The parking lot is kind of bogus because its on a slope so putting your laundry away is a little difficult when the cart is full, but its worth it!

I have been to this laundromat a few times. It is clean and well maintained. The prices are reasonable. The new management ( Phil and Carol ) are very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone

Definitely the best place to do laundry in the area. Love the free wifi and super new machines, and its nice that they have a kids area with cartoons to keep them entertained. Also great that theres always an attendant on duty.

The inside was clean and spacious HOWEVER, THE WASHERS SUCK!!! I even washed some things twice.I wash with tide and oxyclean and that always does the job but there WASHERS dont wash good and they are over priced.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean and well appointed shop. On a business trip and had to do some mid trip washing and they were open Easter Sunday night. Recommended! Will come back again when Im in town.

The Attendant was super nice and helpful even though my 4 yr old was having a terrible tantrum went on sat 10-10-2015 @ 830 pm. It was very clean and wonderful machines will definitely use again
