They have earned my business and my referrals. Because of the two great experiences I’ve had at White Way (detailed below), that they are trying to use more environmentally friendly cleaning methods AND, the pleasant, friendly, helpful gentleman at the front desk I am a huge fan of White Way. I live in the neighborhood and have tried a few other shops along Grand Ave. for my white fall coat. White Way was the first and only that actually cleaned it! The other shops would just shrug their shoulders at me and say they cant get it fully clean. And really, were only talking about normal wear and an occasional brush against a dirty car. Nothing THAT bad. I also had a great experience with them with my wedding dress. I had a non-traditional dress, a single layer gown. I dropped it off for a steam and it was expertly done. They were able to loosen up the zipper on the side so it laid flat, and they re-hung it on a body mould so it wouldn’t wrinkle in the garment bag.

I have been using this dry cleaner for about 4 years and have had only positive experiences. My clothes always come back looking sharp, prices are reasonable, and turn around time is fast. Jessica is the person who has assisted me most often, and she is very helpful, friendly, and professional. I definitely recommend!

The person at the front desk are very friendly ;specially John , he even offer to help me bring all my clothes to hang in my car and all my coats and jackets look really nice and neat when i bring home.
