Not great, but maybe the best in the area. I will probably come back, but I miss better laundromats. Spotty WiFi. Machines take credit cards and coins. They seem to wash and dry fine. The business is clean. The game was on TV, and there are a lot of seats. Payment system is confusing, and I work in technology. Machines have two screens. One shows the total cost for a load, one counts down how much is required for a load. I moved my clothes when I thought the machine ate my dollar coin. When I asked the attendant for my dollar back, she said "its not my fault you made a mistake." True. As soon as someone opens a better place, you will never see me again. Management, if you read this, I look forward to hearing from you and getting my dollar back. Culvers is next door and is a decent place to hang out. If anyone can recommend a better place in the area, let us know!

It only a laundromat on university there two on rice st 2 with three blocks of each other Est 7th has three laundromat all that are just as good machine with the same compasity of there Hamline and Minnehaha just overhaul there laundromat. It a lot cheaper same compasity machines. Franklin and 25th has a privacy room for pray or changing children and a Rug Machines. There a big deluxe laundromat on Robert . All the The laundry place has 100 machines. Find the time and same money. Google for all the laundromat . Remember the 739 Selby ave he been renovating there too. There laundromat going up all over the place. This is a booming business. I do private laundry myself and a make a pretty penny . It must be proud to say I have the best laundromat to do dirty clothes yeah right ha ha!

Im doing laundry today, its exactly 9:10am, and there is no attendant on site. I opted and paid for the extra rinse on the $8 washer ($8.75 total) and the $6 washer ($6.50 total) and when I went to press start the extra rinses that I already paid for disappeared. Im out $1.25. Im hoping the attendant arrives in time for when I dry so they can compensate. I come here every week. Might have to find a new place to support. Update: 10am still no attendant...no longer supporting this place!

There is a Clean N Press delivery point here. Last wash is at 8:30 pm. Well lit. Clean. Parking lot for customers. Right next door to a Culvers. Security cameras on premise. Felt safe. Prices are a bit much, but it looks like its that way to have an attendent on site. I didnt see one when I first arrived but later did. Id come again. Didnt see anything about any specials during the week. As I know that some laundromats have. Id say check it out for yourself.

I have done my laundry at this place for quite some time. I love the set up and how neat and clean it is. I do have a small issue with all of the homeless people coming threw and asking for money. I understand that this is hard to control but there is a attendant. The washers and dryers are the best. They are a little on the hight side when it comes to most that I have been to are less. Otherwise if you are down by midway give the great place a try

By fare one of the the most unprofessional managers Ive ever in countered. The laundry place should know better is this how you choose to run you business. I had to change it because I got a phone call stating if I didnt they would bring up legal charges. Still the worst manager in the history of management. And you can not stop my personal opinion. Great place to save money and time. I am in and out of there every week in under an hour and a half and only need to spend about $12.00. Very clean and my kids like the big flat screens. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I have questions. I enjoy not having to wait on a machine to open up. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly laundry facility.

When I first walked in tonight I thought is was a nice place. But when I started to do laundry I decided im not coming back. The cheapest washer is $3, I had to switch machines twice because the card readers didnt work, and the employee is rude. He walkedaaround with a constant judgmental attitude towards everyone, and just sat on his phone half the time.

From out of town. But this place was way overpriced for what you get. $2.75 for 33 min dry and clothes still not close to dry. Most places in 30 min you get almost dry. $3, $6 dollar washes. Seemed high also. We do laundry all over country, it was one of the cleanest but we have seen them almost this clean , and charge 1/2 the fees. To bad for greed.

Great manger and helpful. Lives in Burnsville and work overnights at FedEx Ground in Mahtomedi and stop there every Friday after work in the morning. Keep up thee great work. At least there are still good companies on University. See a lot of homeless people come in and trash the bathroom though.

Awesome place. I saw the manager helping a family that didnt speak English. The manager spoke perfect Spanish and made the family feel at ease. Very clean insife and out. I highly recommend this place.

I went to wash clothes and one of the machines took my money and no one was anywhere to be found.. I came back an hour or so later still no employee... Thats just tacky to me I want my money back.

Very welcoming facility. Doing laundry is the chore I most detest, but The Laundry Place makes it pleasant :). Staff and management are wonderful and respectful. Great location. Highly recommend!

The attendant was cleaning the inside of a washing machine when I entered. Very polite, even told me about $1 off per load Wednesdays! Very cost efficient equipment, I would definitely return!

Clean and well lit! An attendant greeted me as I came in, and I could see him clean machines and greeting people as I was there. I plan on coming back when I need to uses laundromat!

Nice and huge laundry mat.....1/2&1/2 98 washers and dryer s and they also have a clean environment ,drop-offl laundry service, and nice helpful attendants

Fairly expensive for laundry. The dryers dont work very well. But otherwise it is clean and convient.
