I really dont understand the 5 star reviews of this place. I went in on 6/13/2016 at 12:45pm. I went to the counter to inquire about the dropoff service pricing. I was reading over the fees that are on the counter. After about 3-4 minutes an employee approached me. While standing behind me, she asked in a rude tone"Did you need something?" I turned around to ask a couple of questions and she cut me off before I could finish. She said "it is $1.25 per pound" as I was responding, she rudely asked me "Well, what is it? Because if there is a blanket mixed in there I will have to charge you an extra fee." As I was trying to respond to her question, she smirked, "And I hope you dont expect it today. Do you see those 4 stacks over there? All of those people are before you, so it wont be today." At this point, I decided that you will never get my business. I drove a couple miles down Campbell street to Springfield Family Laundry where I was greeted with a smile. You can tell that they care about their customers and want to earn your business. They are also cheaper, but that isnt the issue. Id gladly pay them more just for the fact they provide customer service as it should be.

Great place! Friendly ! Helpful ! Clean ! Fair priced ! The machines ( which are varied in sizes ) take coin or cards. So efficient ! Each machine varies in price , a little bit , by what you want done. Hot water is more than warm or cold. Heavy wash is more than regular. , ect. Took a while to figure that . But got the hang of it fast. I fully understand the options ! Great idea. Dont get discouraged. Its not much & the attendants will help, if asked. They sanitize the machines after use. Like that ,too. Took my daughter with me . We both did our laundry. She had a King Bedspread to wash. ( No problem) Had my 2yr old grandson too. No comments when he got a little rowdy. I will be going back again.

So Ive always had good experiences here. Ive interacted with 3 people who worked here, and older lady, a man named Wellington, and a young Latina. The older lady and Wellington are extremely hard workers. Every time Ive been here they always keep busy. The young Latina lady works when she needs to, and she is very sweet to speak with but half the time she is doing who-knows-what on her phone behind the main counter. Thats not the most professional thing to do but I guess even people on the job get bored sometimes as well.

Very clean. Theres always an older lady there who is sweet but talks way too much. She was talking small talk with customers about Starbucks while I waited for her to help me with an actual issue. The washing machines will charge more if you change settings... I used cold water and less expensive cycle and had to pay more.... idk what thats about. I doubt Ill be back. I just want to come in, wash my stuff, and go without the run down from employees and no extra charges that arent posted.

Super nice place. Staff is awesome. I love the fact that they are friendly and say hi. My homeschooled daughter fell in love with one of the staff and though we are not in the area still, my child stays in contact with her to discuss homeschool. One of the cleanest laundromats I have been to (and Ive been to a lot). They have a card system that saves money. Prices are reasonable considering the good equipment and services.

Deborah was extremely nice and helpful, and she went above and beyond her duties to make sure that I had a pleasant experience. She even helped me with drying and folding my laundry to make sure that I got to work on time that day! The facilities here are also very nice and clean. 5 out of 5 stars based on service, cleanliness, maintenance, and ease of use.

Debra is one of the main reasons I keep going back there she is very friendly and also really good with my kids they always come in and give her a hug when shes there she makes you feel welcome there and if you have any problems whatsoever shes willing to help you out she make sure you feel like family there thank you very much Debra you are awesome

So it has been years since I have ventured in a laundry mat. When my washer broke unexpectedly, I needed to find one fast. I must say, I was so pleasantly surprised by how clean the place was as well as the machines. They sanitized after each customers use and were very helpful with explaining the machines. Super great place! Thank you!

I love the big machines. I did what would have been AT LEAST 4 large loads and got them washed and dried for $12. And fast! The dryers got the job done in 30 min. I was out the door in 1 1/2 hours. Both the staff I met were incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish they had more locations. But they are worth the drive across town.

Great facility! Nicest, cleanest laundromat I have ever been in! We have been traveling for 7 months and Ive seen a lot of laundromats! The attendant there was extremely nice and helpful. They are lucky to have such great help! She sanitized the machines after every load which I loved. Great place!

Gr8t for multiple loads of laundry, has 2 mounted flat screen tvs to enjoy while u do laundry, friendly & helpful staff, multiple washers/dryers, available to patrons is a fast wash card option. Patrons load a certain amount on wash card & no more worries abt getting quarters for wash/dry.

The attendant was very helpful , I moved in to a new house and had not got a new washer and dryer yet and she helped me , because stupid me forgot detergent and the whole atmosphere was very friendly, if you ever need to do your laundry some place , this is the place to go.

I was skeptical, but these 5 star reviews are not bogus :) Clean, modern, takes your card right at the machine. I love the lack of carpet. Less worry about pests people may bring in with their laundry. This will be my laundromat each time I travel through Springfield.

Every time I go here, the staff is awesome. Very friendly and always help you if you need it. I normally have my 1 year old with me when I go and they have carried my laundry out to my car for me. Very clean and kept up place. I would highly recommend this place!

I havent needed to use a laundromat in years, but I needed to dry a load of laundry after the machine died. All I can say is...wow. Such a modern and clean facility. I even stopped to get cash because I assumed that I would need it. The machines take cards!
