Disappointed; Was glad to find an eco-friendly dry-cleaner in my neighborhood. Have learned that eco-friendly does not mean clothes friendly. Twice Ive had very unsatisfactory results with this cleaner. First time; a large button on my slacks was ripped away. The belt loop was hanging open - yet it was not noted. When I asked - was told - this happens sometimes. Second time; delivered a cotton tablecloth (bought in Italy) to be cleaned. Had a slight pen mark - otherwise pristine. Found it now has 9 small tears and pen mark is still there! Again not noted. Does eco-friendly mean extra rough as the sand is use in the process? Possibly - yet, I would think there would be a note of the result - rather than having to discover on my own. Looking for new dry cleaner.....

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Do not come here! It is overpriced, they did not clean my clothes and they even broke my zipper on something extremely expensive. They manager is rude. I dont know how this place is still running a business! She said shes been in the industry for 40 years, Im shocked. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doesnt get what good customer service is. They dont treat you like a valued customer. Always saying why they cant do something, inflexible. When bring up concern make excuses rather than truly listening and trying to resolve positively.

I took my suit there and unfortunately they turned my white suit grey but they were highly apologetic gave me a decent percent off and even offered to fix my suit and reclean it with no cost.
