Truly a 5-star establishment. I went in to drop off some dry cleaning as a new customer today and was astonished by the cordial atmosphere lit by the staff and the patrons. Greeted at the door by the laundry doctor himself and his delightful laundry nurse, Brandy, as she was folding laundry at the counter, I saw first hand that my 5-star experience was not a single anomaly but in fact the way they do business. Each of the 3 customers that walked in before was greeted with a smile, and in turn they smiled and made friendly conversation with the other patrons. The owner working the register spoke in a friendly manner to the customer in line ahead of me, and the impact that made on me as a bystander was enough to earn my business for life. As I perused through some of the reviews before my visit today, I was unsure of what to expect from this laundromat. But after I got home and looked more closely I could see that the owners responses to previous complaints all held true. The prices are competitive to other attended laundromats in the area, and the selection of washer and dryers seemed unmatched by anywhere Ive gone before. The customer service was exemplary and set the mood for the entire establishment. This is the kind of thing that can turn an ordinary day at the laundromat into a delightful experience bested by none. Truly at the top of his game, the laundry doctor deserves your business. He and his staff most definitely earned my repeat business.

Terrible experience at this place. I had a mattress pad that I needed to wash and it was too big for my current washer and dryer. I came here to clean it. First off, super dirty and gross in here, I didnt want to touch anything. Random socks and dryer sheets all over the floor. About half the machines were "Out of Order", so that was irritating. The best part is, I put my mattress pad in a dryer and came back once it was done to take it out and it had completely melted all over the back side and is now ruined. An employee was near by and had the nerve to say that it was my fault and I shouldnt have dried it. Ive dried it many times in a dryer and nothing like this has ever happened. Horrible place and obviously dryers are too hot! I wondered how this mattress pad was going to dry in only 30 minutes and apparently its because they blast it with so much heat, they ruin your stuff. I would suggest if you need to do laundry, go to a different laundromat. :(

Dont be fooled by their positive reviews online. I would rate their quality of service as very poor. I went there for their dry-cleaning service, to have my wedding dress steamed. I had a brand new wedding dress with me, which only had a few wrinkles in it. So I looked online and found pretty positive reviews. Therefore, I decided to take it sel-dale. Inside it wasnt nearly as clean as the reviews lead me to believe. Then when I went to pick it up, they give me the run around to find my dress, it was actually at another one of their locations. Once I got it back I noticed that the top under-wiring of the dress was all bent up and twisted I couldnt even wear it without it stabbing me in the chest. As if that wasnt enough they also stained my dress. So, I called them to complain about it and their response was, that there was nothing that they could do!

LIFE CHANGING!!!! My apartment community got lockers for this service 2 years ago and I have been using them since! I was skeptical because the cost was so reasonable... I figured I would get my stuff back and find fault but decided to try it anyways because my laundry pile was a nightmare! I was told I would get my items back on Monday but pleasantly was surprised to get a text at noon today that my items were already done and waiting for me when I got home. Everything was so perfectly folded and the items that couldnt be folded they hung for me which I appreciate sooooo very much! I AM NEVER DOING MY LAUNDRY EVER AGAIN THANKS TO THESE WONDERFUL, MAGICAL PEOPLE!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-) I have tried laundry services before and I have never been satisfied, I am MORE than happy! I will be using Laundry Doctor for all my future laundry needs!!!!

Ridiculously overpriced washers AND dryers. I have the firm belief all of the testimonials with five stars are fake or created by the people that run the place. I spent 37 dollars attempting to do my laundry there. First, the washers are inconsistently priced- even though some are the SAME size they may be randomly off by a dollar or two. Who wants to spend almost 5 dollars washing one load? In addition, the "GIANT DRYERS" dont even dry clothes after the third cycle, and at $3.75 per cycle i cant imagine myself ever wasting my time there again. Also the laundromat is just plain filthy and semi run down. If you dont believe me, bring your clothes there.

Dont be fooled by the people who have been fooled and leave good reveiws. Ive gone there a couple times, just because its the only one around and its nice to not have to use quarters to do laundry, but thats where the good stuff stops. The staff was just horrible. They were not attentive and their conversations were downright insulting and gross. At one point they were folding clothes and began spinning some thongs on their fingers and looking them up online to see if this person was a stripper or not. Never take your laundry here, unless you want it flashed and commented on in front of the customers, this seems to be their regular entertainment.

This was my first experience dropping clothes off to be laundered. I will say that it was a very pleasant and easy experience. I dropped off a big bag clothes to be washed and dried early in the morning, and the clothes were ready for pick up later that evening. The clothes were folded perfectly and separated better then what I had expected. They even hung my polo shirts on hangers. The price was more then fair considering that I would have to use pay laundry facilities anyways. And the time saving, Incredible. I feel like I got my Sundays back. I Will definitely be using this service on a weekly basis from now on.

Worst costumer service ever!!! Any question regarding change machine or internet service was met with the attitude of.... "" Whats wrong with you....attitude".......noticed the same w/ other customers. Im from out of town and was going to connect w/internet, to catch up with personal business. So I looked this business up on internet......what a disappointment!!! The proprietor had plenty of time to smooze w/friends that stopped by. Also of note many non-working machines.... DON T BOTHER......or you will go away feeling like a bother!!! ...

Tried to use the large washer on an enormous comforter. The woman with red hair refused to call someone to tell her which bins were for bleach/detergent/softner(they werent marked) so I didnt end up with a soapy comforter. She actually rolled her eyes and walked away from me twice when I was trying to get help. I went up the street to Suds America and paid only $10 for the load that would have cost me $15 to complete. Not only was Suds America less expensive, it was more clean, spacious, and friendly.
